Not our first time here. Wonderful hotel conveniently located next to the Louve. Again, this stay did not disappoint!

This hotel is all about location, that is possibly 5 star - but 5 star luxury for the rooms certainly is NOT the case. The staff is kind, but the hotel is old, and it looks old not old luxury - the colors are terrible, the carpet is a hard ugly brown carpet.
I have stayed in Paris many times, and was highly disappointed in this hotel being lauded as a 5 star hotel.
A complete remodel needs to be done from head to toe for this to be considered as 5 star luxury. Bathrooms even are just mediocre - I asked to change rooms to a higher floor, the new room was better color pallete but the bathroom was less than desirable with a shower over tub vs a walk in shower.
Room service missed two items I ordered and when I asked for them, they said they'd be back and never returned, I didn't bother to call again.
The concierge were nice and very friendly.

Safe and beautiful area. Staff is more than accommodating! Rooms are great with universal outlets and hair dryers.

Beautiful hotel. Staff did a great job making sure everything was great during our stay. VIP status was recognized immediately upon booking, which I find rare when booking VIP properties. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris, particularly if you are a VIP member

The staff at the Hotel Regina Louvre was outstanding. From the moment we checked in throughout our entire stay we felt very welcome and they assisted our every need. From room service, dining suggestions, even laundry services and transportation they were very accommodating. The Hotel was very clean and our room was excellent. Staying at the hotel during the peak of the Para-Olympics did not put any strain on our stay regarding ease of access to transportation, dining, shopping, and site seeing. We had an excellent view of the Olympic torch and the lighted Eiffel Tower at night.
We plan on returning to Paris several times a year and we will definitely book with the Hotel Regina Louvre again for our future stays.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to and The Louvre is across the street. The staff catered every request with ease and elegance. The concierge was impressive!! His knowledge and enthusiasm to make sure we were taken care of was impeccable. The view of The Eiffel Tower was awe inspiring.
Also, Sebastian Gurard is across the street and has the BEST croissants. We visited daily.

The room had mold smell wick I am highly allergic to so actually have me a terrible migraine and has to leave the hotel. I am filing a formal complaint because for $1800 a night at 5 star hotel I should not deal with mold. Not our first time in Paris or 5 star hotels here reserving through Expedia but first time this ever happened.
I also has reserved an additional 5 nights and requesting refund for those since I litrerally had to leave the hotel to be able to breath.

Beautiful property right in the heart of the city with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, and Tuileries Gardens. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and the property was close to great restaurants and metro stations. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing rooms. Not your typical French hotel room. Extremely large, high ceilings and classic French style decorating.

Excellent hotel. Much better than staying at one of the big chain hotels. Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower for Bastille Day fireworks as well.
