Un emplacement exceptionnel. Nous avons tout fait à pieds. Et un studio confortable. Idéal pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits.

Great location, near Luxembourg Park and Saint Sulpice. The kitchenette was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Nice, hot shower. Sophie, the owner, was flexible and helpful. She let us leave our bags in the room for a few hours before and after the scheduled check in and check out times.

It was a bit cool at night as the radiator was eco set to 19 degrees. Not much daylight coming through the windows. No extractor fan in kitchenette or bathroom.

Very helpful owner. Quiet and peaceful in one of the most beautiful parts of Paris.

The apartment was close to public transport and walking distance to the sites of Paris. It was roomy and it was nice to have a kitchen.

Nothing. It would have been nice though if there was a washing machine but it didn’t detract from our visit.

The best feature of this place is its location. It is close by to everything by walking distance. The are of Saint germain des pres is beautiful, safe and has a lot of shops (both grocery and clothes shopping). The appartment is located at the groundfloor but it is inside a patio so it is safe. It is equiped with everything you need even for a longer stay (we even had coffee capsules waiting for us when we arrived). The room and bathroom are both very clean (especially for a place in Paris), it smells nice in the room (no mold smell). We even had shower gel and liquid soap both in kitchen and bathroom. The bed is really confortable. There is an iron and hairdrier (very nice to have). The place is quiet (even if you can hear 1-2 neighbours passing in the bulding hallway, it happens very rarely and is not something that can bother you). The host is responsive and always there to help. We had a really great stay and will come again when in Paris.

Had some troubles with the wifi but the host was very responsive and everything can we resolved easily.

Great value and location; very close to Metro lines and Bus routes that take you to the core tourist spots. A few decent restaurants nearby if you need to stay close in the evenings.

The location was excellent and the room was done in good taste.

The room was cold and there were no extra blankets. I could not get the wifi to work.
