The eoom was average. It iss old building. No shower pressure. Shower head leaked all over. The water just fell out of the shower head. Heater didn't work right. The frig door won't stay closed. And noisy at night. Second floor walk way sounds like a coved bridge when luggage cart goes over it at midnight. And some how our reservation got canceled. Stayed 1 night. Then they told us it was canceled. I paid for 5 nights. But they made good on it. But really will not stay there again.

My stay at Red Roof Inn Plus was good. The only issue I had was house keeping did not knock on the door when you extend your stay. They only do house keeping during the week day.

To begin, the front desk person was not inviting or friendly. The bathroom was very small. The room was crowded and not spacious at all. The blankets had cigarette burns on them, which I didn't notice until I was about to leave because they covered them with some type of cover. The bed sunk in on one side and caused my back to hurt from lying on that particular side. I was not told about an elevator and I walk with a cane. Take in mind I was placed on the second floor and the elevator come to find out was in the middle of the building apparently. There wasn't any handicap accessibility to the office to check in or out. I spent the weekend from a Friday to Sunday and was told that room service only cleans the room on Wednesdays unless I requested. It just seems like the weekend would be the better choice for room service to clean. I WILL NEVER stay in this hotel again. I would rather sleep in my car than ever pay to sleep there again.

Basic, clean, easy to get to and back from BWI, Quite, its the way to go if you're a budget minded person.

Not fancy but clean and oh so close to the airport. Best feature was the shuttle which came quickly to pick us up at and so easy to get us back bright and early the next morning. When checking the lady was rude. Charge us another 58 dollars which they in up giving back but I had to ask why and nobody could let me the same reason. It wasn’t a hold in case it was a charge on my card.

Great last minute choice, the front desk person at check-in was excellent (I wish I remembered her name). We chose this place due to my son missing a flight at BWI, called from the airport and a shuttle was sent immediately.

The hotel told us that the hotels.com was over booking when we were check in, all rooms goner, only one room left but the price different, we should pay more money to get the room. Later, Hotels.com helps us to get the room. Hotels. com is very good .

I always get a room with a microwave, and they never work. I have been staying there over 6 weeks, during the week for work and no matter where they put me, the microwave never works. I get the room with the microwave with the intent of using it.

Front desk people were incredibly rude, while waiting in line they tried helping the people BEHIND us. Both females had the worst attitude and kept rolling their eyes anytime we tried talking, not to mention they weren’t helpful nor did we have a microwave or mini fridge in the room. Wall plugs were messed up and wouldn’t hold my charger in place, wall rack in the bathroom was broken. For some reason we were put in a handy cap room, I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this place.

Unfriendly & unhelpful staff. Room was horrible, smelled bad, bathroom door breaking apart and nailed/ screwed together but still broken, bathtub leaking from some vent thing on the side, tub dirty, missing drain cover, and falling apart. Glad it was a quick stop just to sleep before moving on with our trip. Surrounding area is fine but this hotel no good
