waitstaff was awesome!!! Taylor that was in the lounge. Made our after dinner drinks fun and friendly

Room was ok. Tub was peeling, tv kept turning off, and do NOT make a reservation with the onsite restaurant and pay the reservation fee. Apparently the servers are not aware of reservations and they kept telling me I was wrong and to pay my bill. I had to go to the hotel management to get the restaurant manager, who told me I was wrong until I provided the reservation email and they finally found my reservation number in their tablet. Also my original server never checked on us after food was delivered and left. Go somewhere else to keep.

Rooms and hallways are outdated. There was hair stuck to the ceiling, the air vent in the shower had lint and mold inside it. Found a contact on the floor in bathroom that wasn’t mine. Popcorn ceilings. Pillows are flat, blankets are thin.

From the moment you walk in to the lobby, you’re impressed! The staff was extremely accommodating and very professional! The property is very centrally located and is in within walking distance to most tourist activities. Also with mentioning is the rooftop bar/lounge on the 3rd floor…..fantastic food and great cocktail offerings! Thank you for a great stay Renaissance…..we’ll be back!

We had an AMAZING view of the Riverwalk/city view. Will definitely stay here again. It is in the heart of the City with beautiful views!

Great location, lots of landmarks close by. It would have been nice if parking “not valet” was available on site for those staying. Parking was a bit of a pain in the area.

I really like this hotel, everything is walking distance, my only complaint is for the price of this hotel the rooms must be cleaner, the bathroom had mold on the walls and the edges of the bathtub and there was dust everywhere in the room, apparently it had not been used for a long time.

The people at the front desk make you want to come back. This is the second time I stay there. Definitely will be back and have recommended it to colleagues. The views of the river are stunning

Staff not very friendly, property/ room was a nice size and decoration, however didn't appear the bathroom and carpet was sanitized properly.

We had a fantastic stay! They let us check in several hours early. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Check in was a breeze. We did have an issue where our TV was not working properly. We called the front desk staff and within 30-45minutes they had already replaced the TV with a brand new one. The restaurant/bar in the lobby was great

Overall a great place, expensive but the location is worth it. The only bad thing was the bad service from a valet parking person, I wanted to report it to the manager but apparently they did nothing about it. In fact, the employee told me "Go ahead and report me".

Great staff plus a great room. The hotel was perfectly located for all we wanted to do and we found everything well done.

We really enjoyed this hotel, my wife really enjoyed the complimentary popcorn as well now she’s hooked. Very clean with welcoming and friendly staff.

Like the location. But everything else was not good. Switched room twice. Night shift manager had a long face when we requested to change room due to construction noise in the middle of night. The room we got has sewer smell in bathroom. We had two days left so just deal with it ourselves. We will never book this hotel again. So many other better choices around downtown.

Hotel itself is really nice, the staff has some seriously inflated egos, it’s just a Marriott, not Trump Tower (where they are much nicer, btw). Great lobby bar and bar tenders, they know their cocktails!!
