Nice room. Good shower. There was some loud noises at night which I think was the movie theater next door. Like someone was watching a movie with the volume turned up all the way. You could hear the clock chime until midnight. Breakfast was great.

Had a superior room, terrible room, dark, small window into a wall, no water pressure, long distance to elevator/ staires. Booked 3 rooms for a business trip thinking scandic was a safe hotel chain, i will avoid scandic from now on.

Palace is akways a nice place to stay. The breakfast buffet was ace as usual and the hotel is at a perfect location at the Town Hall square just at the top end of Strøget. Nice room with a very comfortable bed. Trying to get a sleep at mid day on the first day wasn't so easy due to the town hall clock making noise every 15 minutes, but I don't blame the hotel for that and it is part of the price to pay for a central place. The hotel did make a mistake though, as suddenly there was a birthday present meant for somebody else in my room. I didn't touch the two champagnes and it wasn't really a problem for me, but I suppose the people staying in the room the present was made for may have been somehow less pleased. I will return to this hotel. And possibly other Scandic hotels knowing this is not the only Scandic hotel with great breakfast buffets included.

The breakfast is not good. Very very few things you can choose from. The hotel is not worth 4 stars. Very untidy and not clean at all. Not enough chairs and space on the lounge area too.

It was the most ideal location--could walk to museums, Rosenborg Castle, & Botanical Gardens ( or easy metro located in plaza across street). Was across street from Tivoli Gardens, & near variety of restaurants. Easy metro to convention ctr ( which has nothing near it so don't stay there). Staff very helpful re: directions, things to do. Good breakfast buffet. Wonderful pillows. Had to request house cleaning daily --that is why not 5 star there. Plaza in front often had musicians/dancing. Very fun.

This hotel is in the perfect location. The rooms and service are great. I recommend this hotel. I would have preferred if they had offered orange juice at breakfast. They offered other kinds of juices, but not orange juice. Perhaps it is because orange juice is more expensive? I don't know. That's the only thing I would change about this hotel.

Very old building from probably from end of nineteenth century but renovated and clean. Very professional and friendly staff, good breakfast, and my room was clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel close to attractions and the shopping area. They gave us our room when we arrived in the morning. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and really good choices. Would be back next time we visit Copenhagen

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Convenient to train and metro. Easy to walk to sites. A lot of nearby fast food with litter on the sidewalk.

Room was not cleaned properly. Had to ask the staff to clean the bathroom again. Floors in hotel and room had stains on the carpet. Excellent location, though.

A great location for exploring attractions both within and outside of Copenhagen; easily walkable to many city attractions. Great Breakfast. Very helpful staff manning the front desk and the breakfast area.

Was a quiet night, wonderful view, desk clerks were friendly and knowledgeable.

Check-in was a mess because they had given our room to another guest with the same last name and couldn’t find a room for us. The staff initially seemed to think this was our responsibility and they didn’t seem to care if we walked away. Thankfully a manager got involved and fixed things but it took an hour. The hotel air conditioning is terrible so our room was stifling in the hot summer nights. After the second night we asked for a fan, which they provided. That helped make it tolerable. for room to be serviced - they left one bath towel for two guests. When we called the desk for more towels they sent them quickly, but there response was “That sometimes happens during busy season” - really?? Breakfasts were good and all of the other staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We had a good time overall, but it’s hard to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is tired. The decor is grey and gloomy. Our bathroom was ridiculous: a tiny sink that was hidden under the mirror. It was an issue turning on the faucet. The lighting was poor. The door is sliding glass and does not close fully so lack of privacy. The shower is stand alone and is in the room. The floor tile is black tile but is badly stained by soap so looks very unappealing. Extremely poor design. The corridor to our room was half filled with storage racks for towels, etc. We loved the location but were very disappointed with the hotel. 3 stars at best.

Was a mixup on rooms and was given someone else’s room. They fixed the issue and gave me a larger room for the mixup. Room was nice but the only issue I had was no charging outlet near the bed. So had to plug and charge on desk from across the room. Had the option for room service daily if I was staying longer than 2 days. Walking distance to train station, and close to several sights.
