I wish we would have inquired about how to work the heat in the room earlier in our stay. The thermostat was for AC. No one told us that needed to be turned off and the radiator needed to be turned on.

This hotel is amazing. Stayed 6 nights. Great service, very clean, comfortable, modern lobby, updated room. Great location.

The stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was very comfortable, and the property truly lives up to its reputation as a luxury hotel. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the experience. First, a deposit of €400 was charged at check-in, which is understandable for some hotels, but the process of refunding it at check-out was frustrating. The refund via my Wise card took hours to process, which caused unnecessary stress. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the room did not work at all during my stay, which was very inconvenient, especially for a hotel of this standard. While the hotel itself is impressive, these points should be addressed to ensure a seamless experience for future guests.

It is a good looking place and our room was large but we could hear people talking and sneezing in the room next door. We were separated by a door that could make the rooms adjoining. We were also bothered by the smell of their pot smoking.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed our stay. We didn’t spend much time there, only sleeping and it was a good location.

There was a laundry cart in the hallway throughout our stay. I was difficult to get by it with our suitcases. It should have been stored in a utility area. The carpet in the hallways was badly stained. There were two front desk employees that were especially kind and helpful, Putri and Andrea. Thank you both for making a difference.

Amazing location

Perfect location just next to Vondelpark and a short walk to some exciting areas of Amsterdam with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the room was beautifully clean and modern. We asked for a quiet room and it was very peaceful despite being near a lot of loud areas which meant we had a great nights sleep. Would highly recommend staying here!

Always a great stay. Love the Momo bar also near shopping on the PC as well as museums . Nice staff too.

Our room was a postage stamp! Tiny. Not great for two people at all. The smallest room I've ever been in at a hotel. But: we got to Amsterdam at 6:00 a.m. and expected to leave our bags until check in time, but they gave us our room immediately, which was very much appreciated. So, very, very, small room, but very co-operative staff.

I loved my stay at Park Centraal in Amsterdam! The hotel is modern and beautiful and my room was spacious, comfortable and wonderful! I arrived very early and they had my room ready so I got to check in early, which was so great and allowed me more time to explore Amsterdam! The hotel is located across the street from a main canal with lots of choices for canal tours,and walking distance from the museum quarte, Heinikin experience and a beautiful park, not to mention tons of restaurants! I had the hotel breakfast which had plenty of variety and delicious food!
