This place was so gross! I couldn’t even stay there. I asked for a refund but was willing to leave without one too. The room smelled, it looked like someone tried to break in thru the screen window, the tv didn’t work, the door looked like people tried to break into it. The pool was disgusting. The lady working greeted me with chocolate all over her hands and touched all my cards.

After a 10 hour drive we were looking forward to stretching our legs in a pool and found upon arrival the pool and hot tub were out of service which was not listed online. Our room’s AC unit was broken leaving our room humid and uncomfortable. The carpeted floors were stained and the ceiling tiles were blackened from mold or mildew. As we were at the front desk trying to get a refund we watched water drip from a light fixture land on the receptionist and around her desk we knew we could NOT stay at this hotel. The front door receiving guests wasn’t even working or latching closed properly. There was no Quality visible in the name of that hotel establishment and we requested a refund and will not be staying at a Quality Inn in the future.

Extremely dirty rooms. So gross I couldn’t/wouldn’t even consider using the shower. The first room we had didn’t have a functioning air conditioner and it was very hot. Also very dirty with white stains on the chairs, and crusty stains on the tables. So we moved to a room with air consisting, and the TV didn’t work, and there was a strong mild smell. Large black stains in the bathroom were either human waste or black mold, either of which totally gross me out. The only reason we didn’t leave and go to another hotel was bc we were so exhausted from driving 10 hours that day. Then in the morning we skipped breakfast due to the uncleanliness, so that was also disappointing. This place is equivalent to a very poorly maintained motel. Never never stay here!

Booked online knowing we would arrive very late at night. After a long hard Check in we headed to our rooms. The common area was dirty, the halls were dirty and bugs flying everywhere. We got to our rooms where we could hardly get the doors to work, the room smelled so bad of filth and were also dirty. My 10 year old has allergies so I knew she would be miserable trying to sleep. We left and found a new hotel even after we had been driving for 14 hours.

Very outdated and kind of rough but staff is helpful. Not a great location but it was clean enough with a decent bed. I wouldnt bring children there but for just a spot to sleep it works.
