Great hotel in the best neighborhood of Mexico City. The bathroom needs an overhaul, as it looks a little old and stil has a curtain for the shower.

This hotel is beautiful and in a perfect area of Mexico City, Polanco. It is across the street from the beautiful Chapultepec park. The spa and pool area is beautiful with an outdoor sun bathing area. The breakfast in the main restaurant in the atrium is excellent. Every staff member was exceptionally helpful. Our room had beautiful city views. We loved our stay!

This hotel is beautiful and in a perfect area of Mexico City, Polanco. It is across the street from the beautiful Chapultepec park. The spa and pool area is beautiful with an outdoor sun bathing area. The breakfast in the main restaurant in the atrium is excellent. Every staff member was exceptionally helpful. Our room had beautiful city views. We loved our stay!

This is an excellent hotel. Would really recomend the hotel overall. We stayed in a Club Room on a high floor. The Club was nice and offered breakfast and a pretty reasonable selection of food in the evening as well as drinks. The service was really good, the staff are all very friendly and polite and the amenties and really good also. The hotel is in polanco which is a nice neighbourhood and you can easily walk to Chapultepec Park and the major museums. Other areas might require transport, mostly by car, but thats normal for Mexico City. Overall a really nice hotel and would highly recomened.

This is our go-to place whenever we are in Mexico City. The staff are incredibly accommodating. All three restaurants are very good. The Japanese restaurant called Yoshimi has incredible sushi. This hotel is a very solid choice for spending time in Mexico City.

Property was nice and the gym was excellent, but food was meh, service in lounge lacking, and the housekeepers would not refill my used coffee packets in the room.

This is a superb hotel, one of our favorites in the world, that is still in a price range that is still somewhat affordable (we are just private travellers, not on an expense account). The dining options are great, the breakfast is a feast, the rooms are well designed, the lobby is spectacular, the location is wonderful, and the service is friendly and professional. This is a well run hotel. Highly recommended. The only thing we regret is that they discontinued the Sunday brunch which was the best champagne brunch in the world.

I like the hotel location, the smiles through out the premises, the cleaness of the room. The restaurant is a bit pricy compare with those nice restaurants nearby.
