Hotel staff were always helpful. Poor internet connection. Funky Smell in the hotel hallway.

The pool area is so beautiful. When I saw the photos I was sure they were ugly fake trees. It's not. Plant moms, this place is for you!

Clean newer rooms well situated property close too Niagra falls strip. A variety of dinning options minites away. Close to amenities such as grocery stores. Parking and check-in in was easy. Very friendy accomodating staff.

The kids loved it and we loved the relaxed atmosphere and hot tubs wish they left the pool area open for adults til 11 and pool side bar was closed all weekend

Our stay was great, so we would stay there again! The front desk associates were awsome! Twice i needed information & they were very knowledgeable, helped us tremendously & saved us money too. They were so friendly, where i felt comfortable. The pool was great and grandkids loved it. 2 hot tubs also. And, lots of towels right at the pool to use. There was a climbing play house also. Lots of couches, chairs, tables to use in the pool area. The arcade was actually cool to have right at the pool area! Very clean area and lots of plants and trees. I saw a computer/printer/fax area also. Close to pool area , which we did not use. Also a wasger & dryer to use if needed. Our room was nice, clean and had a window. We were able to park our car right infront of our window. There was a microwave, a 3 foot high fridge, nepresso coffee & machine. The tv was huge! The wi fi was free andxworked perfectly. Garbage can & recycle can to. Blow dryer was a good one. The area was about a 30 minute walk to clifton hill/falls, so because the grandkids were young, we did not walk. Was a 3 min drive. Found parking, one street over from clifton hill for 10$ for day. Most lots were $20-$30, depending on which day of the week. Sat being more. The hotel had No frills on one side and mcds on the other side. Dollarama, rexal 1 minute walk. There were ton, of places to eat on Lundys lane. Firehouse subs, and a flying saucer restaraunt we ate at. Everything was great, at this Best Western Hotel.

The from desk was so helpful , the cleaning lady keep everything nice and clean every day , and the swimming pool area was so nice my daughter have so much fun they will like to come back next summer.

We absolutely loved our whole experience. Steve at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we didnt miss out on anything in Niagara. Our room was beautiful and we had so much fun. Thank you for giving us a wonderful vacation.

There must have been some golf thing going on because the hotel was FULL of older gentlemen and their golf bags. They were a bit loud but not hotels fault The hotel is nice. Needs lots of updating kind of run down around the pool and the rugs. Breakfast was an additional cost so that makes the price of the hotel for one night in the high side. Lady at the desk was abrupt and made me feel like I was bothering her when I had a question. Even seemed aggravated when I was using my debit card as a credit card. Apparently Canada doesn’t use debit cards that way. I had no other credit card with me. Then when asking about a shuttle to the falls she seemed very curse and I felt she was thinking “OMG JUST GO AWAY”. It would also have been nice if she told us the shuttle wouldn’t be able to give us change, we got on with a $20.00 bill Canadian to pay 7.00 for a shuttle ride. Very frustrating. I wouldn’t stay again. When you’re visiting from the U.S. I realize we should have done more research but it was last minute and we just needed a bit of assistance to figure things out.

The exact same hotel I went to as a child, except with some awesome upgrades. Happy my children can have the same experience I did when I was young. Thank you!
