It seems to me that this hotel was mothballed for a while and has just been resurrected. I noticed that in the smell . . . which wasn't bad, it just had that . . . not having consistent airflow through the place; what I mean is a kind of stagnant odor. The carpet leading into my room was torn at the seam joint. It was frayed and lifted up into a tripping hazard. This is the place in the room where most will have their hands full and not really looking down. If I were the owner/manager/person who runs the place, I would want that fixed really damn soon. The breakfast was a joke. For a $15 buffet, a person could at least expect real eggs. We got that artificial egg in the bag or powdered crap. Sausage was the frozen kind you normally get from the run of the mill hotels where the breakfast is free. Bacon was good, biscuits were fresh. My wife even said for the money spent, we could have gotten so much better elsewhere. This much is true, I'll never get that food again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is the saving grace from a building that was once a great place . . . maybe will again, who knows.

I put in for a wakeup call that i never got. Shuttle to airport starts at 7 a.m. Many flights start at 5 a.m. i caught uber to airport.

Lovely, welcoming helpful staff. Room doors opening and closing were ckearly audible and woke me a few times.

When I checked in I was placed to go to 2022 and when I arrived at my room there were clothes in the closet, toiletries on the dresser and an open suit case. I was switched to another room after having to carry all my belongings back down. It appears someone has moved this person to that room and failed to place info in computer. This is very unsafe. Especially for a woman that was traveling alone. No one knows what could have happens but I do know the scenario could have gone many other ways b

Hotels Need to let customers know ahead of time about any extra fees

Not a bad stay as the property was clean and the area was safe and quiet. I do believe that they could benefit from updating the amenities. The rooms do not have microwaves, but does have a refrigerator so small that I believe I could have left with it in my suitcase. Very nice staff.

Our family stayed here 8yra ago, and it was good. However, this time aroundI, it was not the best experience. The TV remote control did not work. Had to go back and forth 3xs before the finally gave me one that worked. Housekeeping did not have fresh towels, did not clean our room. Overall I would not recommend anyone staying here it it gets a complete overhaul.

Convenient to access city

Room smelled of old cigarettes. Shuttle to airport doesnt start until 7am but that was not disclosed in ad. The night shift was extremely LOUD talking to?? felt like it was outside my room and i left at 530am.
