Everything was excellent. The only drawback is I could never get the WiFi to work on my phone. The front desk staff tried but to no avail. Still the Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel/motel when I come down to Southern California.

I have always had good stays at Hampton Inns. This was no different. The location only a 1/2 mile from the train station meant using the metro was a breeze and getting to the Rose Bowl on public transportation was SO EASY. The bath towels were really nice - much better than you’d expect. Honestly way better. Breakfast was solid. Anytime they have the make-your-own waffles, it’s a good hotel day. Parking was simple, included, and safe. We slept well even tho I felt like the bed sloped obviously. My one observation that needs immediate attention is that one of the upholstered “leather” (pleather) benches in the breakfast area had a HUGE tear in it. It definitely needs repair and I was surprised to see they’d let it get that bad and hadn’t yet fixed it.

It was a decent Hampton inn, clean centrally located around lots of restaurants and gas stations. Perfect location if you're there for the hospital or racetrack. The only thing that was really bad is there was no water pressure. A shower head was not great and the insert to the bathtub did not fit correctly. So it was very dangerous to stand on because it popped you up and down and it was slippery. I had to put a towel down and hold on to the handicap bar so I didn't fall. We were there for hospital stay so after a long day a hot great shower would have been appreciated. The staff was very nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

I think Arcadia is one of the most peaceful and beautiful cities in California and the Hampton compliments the city perfectly

I don't like anything about this hotel. I paid for the property not worth the price. Ants crawling in my room and the machine at the gym was not working. I had to cancel the rest of the stay. I demand my money back,

I did not appreciate being given information about the properties of and check on the rates they came back and told us the room was gone, and we were referred to the Hampton inn we were told by both parties. There was a Jacuzzi and a pool when we got outside to the pool area. It was pitch black we couldn’t take pictures. We couldn’t see. There’s no lighting. We were told lighting has been off for a week. We couldn’t see who was in the pool we couldn’t see no one in the area, which is very feeling we came back to our room. We can’t tell you what it look like out there because it was dark and there was no Jacuzzi so we just came back to the room and had no activities at all Refund Or credit is requested. Sorry, safety issues to see women at a pool. I knew they were men there, but I couldn’t see. Are you kidding me? We were also told we would have a balcony that was scam. Also, we were scammed into this room.

Good space for walking a dog.

The hotel itself is inviting. Clean entrance and welcoming entryway. Love the coffee bar. The front desk is easy to find and the desk clerks are right on it

On our way back to the West Coast, we also stopped at the Hampton Inn in Pasadena. We stayed there the day we visited LA, e.g. Griffith Observatory, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Santa Monica. Although it is certainly outside the city, we found it a perfect compromise to stay in a nice area with an acceptable distance to the sights. The room was comfortable, definitely clean, and the bathroom was sleek and spacious. Like most other hotels we stayed in, the air conditioning was noisy. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a solid selection to start the day. We can definitely recommend staying there...

The front desk employee, a women, i wish I knew her name was Amazing. So that first impression is so important and she nailed it. We felt safe in this location and it was quiet as no traffic noise. It was a perfect location as a little over half way to our destination and we were ready for rest. Plus it was minutes away from a restaurant we liked.

Paolo, the front desk clerk, was great! He was able to multitask and still make me feel welcome. The other two front desk staff were not as pleasant. They were obviously just collecting a paycheck. Hotel was clean. Breakfast staff was amazing. Both worked to help me determine what I could or could not wat due to my food allergies. Only real negative was no pool towels out at the pool and even that was juat a minor inconvenience

The area around the hotel is really convenient and nice! There's a lot of restaurants that are only a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The parking situation is nice and you can park wherever you please without having a hefty parking fee. The hotel room was good for what you pay for. The only issues we had in the room would be how humid it got we're assuming from the AC? We would come back to the room after being out for the day and the room would smell almost mildew-y but it wasn't too bad.

This hotel had a wonderful front desk staff. The rooms were very clean and appeared to be updated. The pillows were lumpy though and the beds were very uncomfortable. The TV was not working well either although it was a new flat screen. I would stay here again because it was clean and that’s what most important to me.
