The property from the outside was beautiful The inside not so much My room had old food in the refrigerator and a dirty face mask upon entering the room which tells me that the room was not cleaned whatsoever. I had to have my room key recorded three times. Staying on the fourth floor at the end of the hallway this was very inconvenient.

We had a great stay! We traveled with family, friends, and pets! The staff was super friendly and accommodating! Love that they were pet friendly and put us on the first floor for easy access outside!

Stayed for an extended business trip for 9 nights. Found bedbugs on third night and was moved to another room. Also experienced poor upkeep of hotel in general, and black mold in picture frame in bath. At least one light in both rooms were burned out. I will not be returning.

Very clean, pleople there super nice, I had to pay for breakfast but it was worth it, I order some extra towels and never arrived. Overall super satisfied.

Key didn't work. Restaurant was shut down. Room was supposed to have two beds, had one. When I asked to be moved, desk clerk Tyrell threatened me. Totally unacceptable.

We arrived after 11:30 PM and I went up to the desk. No one was there and then a man came over from a small group of employees who were talking. He seemed uninterested in taking care of me. I gave him my name and told him a had a reservation for two rooms (3 people, 1 bed in each room). He looked it up and told me I only had one room. I tried to show him my reservation on the hotels.com app and he refused to look at my cell phone. He said "I can't help you because you didn't book your reservation with us. He gave me a key to one room and walked back to the group of employees who were still talking. I had to sleep on the love seat pull out bed, which was a 4 inch extremely cheap box spring and 2 sheets sewn together with almost no filling for a mattress. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. When I checked out I told the girl at the desk about the reservation problem and she asked to see the hotels.com reservation on my phone. She looked at it and within seconds found the other room. She apologized for the way the man had treated me the night before.

The text offered a since of persona contract which I appreciated. That was a different yet very nice addition. Thank you Double Tree and staff (Rell). I look forward to my next visit.

I didn’t have a stay. You allowed me to book online when there wasn’t actually a room available. The front desk attended was rude and unfriendly. I don’t think I will ever consider double tree again. At least I got a refund. Only good thing about the experience.

It was easy check in and very clean. Felt safe.

Good hotel for staying one night. One room for 4 people and the room only had 2 towels. The night time staff were not that kind but the morning staff were really nice.

We were greeted promptly as we entered the hotel. The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel lobby was clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and well organized. The pool area needed cleaning but was acceptable for swimming. The dining area and the lounge were clean and comfortable and the menu prices were reasonable.

When I opened the front door there was a small ice cube on the floor The room Deodorizer was so strong i got a headache The furniture was so old and scratched up The doors were a cream color so the black Scuffmarks really Stood out.The bed was little Lumpy and with the loud Deodorizer smell i wasn't going to sleep under the sheets The toilet had a Continuous running sound. I MOVED lamp closer to me to charge my phone on the outlet and i noticed black marks from on the table because it hadn't been wiped or cleaned in a long time so overall that was something u would expect from motel 6 or any roadside inn i thought Double tree standards were higher than that i had to go see. my son for a hour or so and when I returned i check out and went across the street to the Hyatt place and stayed the 2 nights the at $106.00 for two nights The young man who check me in made it appear that the hotel was sold out and was nothing available to move to is there anya Way i can get my money back please it has horrible

Check in at 4pm? Early check is 25$. Why be punished for being on time. Just let the patrons know the room will be finished cleaning around 4 instead of charging them.
