I was here for one night only after the infamous Aguilas game. The stadium is only 7 miles away quick 5 minute taxi ride away. Hotel staff was amazing and just comfort all around.

Upgraded to the superior room, was charged $25.00 which was ok.
The superior room sleeps 4, I was charged an additional $28.00.
I called and they said, a third person was sleeping there, they needed to charge me an additional $28.00.

We have been staying here for many years I reserve a Suite 2 beds and when we got there, they were only able to give us a suite with one bed because I believe that supposedly our bedroom had a plumbing issue. It didn’t seem like that was what happened it seem like they overbooked their rooms, they weren’t able to give me a discount or anything for this price of hotel their pool needs a remodel it’s Starting to break the tiles

Unfortionatly this time they had several events going on and my stay was the worst.on the first night my room was on the first floor and they had a live band playing until 1 am. Couldnt get my kids to sleep then the following day the main pool was closed off because of another event. Parking was terrible and room service was bad. I will definately be looking for a different place next time.

The property is poorly maintained, this hotel has become on a quick overnight stop for people from the US traveling into Mexico, price was reasonable, rooms are old, feel dated, the bathtub didn't work and on top of that they charge you $1,000 pesos for incidentals, which is unacceptable, but next time I'd definitely consider paying the extra $30 to stay at a much nicer hotel in town

The property is very nice. The only thing they need to fix is the rooms, they are very old, especially the shower, which is rusty.

Pools are in bad condition. We went swimming and due to all the cracks and missing plaster we came out with major blisters on the bottom of out feet.

The hotel is convinient but the bar could use better television placement like a sport bar. TVs are located at each convern hard to see and very inconvenient. Bar needs a sport bar upgrade!

The room are remodal and new.

Had a good time. Only one elevator for our tower which took a while and later got stuck with some people inside. The food at the restaurant was ok.
