for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress.

Hotel has a very silly Checkout process, which can be time consuming at times.

We had a great time here and the staff was very friendly and food was good. The pool space was great and spacious beach. However, the hotel does need some upgrades starting with the elevators which had no air conditioning and my wife and i got stuck in one right when we checked in with the bell boy and another couple. got stuck in the 3rd floor and we were in there for 40 minutes if not more. it was a very frustrating start to the trip but they did make it up with a later check out time, a bottle of champagne and some dessert treats.
