It was amazing, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I know the area well, but the team was checking in to make sure I had everything taken care of. My daughter and her best friend and I used the pool, dining services and the snack area and everything was top notch!

I stayed for a get together with friends.Excellent food and property and very close to Orange County airport which was very good. Airport shuttle service was excellent

Parking over night is $42.00 which is very expensive. No place to park. They need to check the capacity before taking cars is. I had to depend 20 minutes to find a parking space and that was $42.00.

I used to stay here regularly pre-covid and it was pristine, with great food and great staff. I'm sad to say that ALL of that has changed.
The entire hotel is shabby, furniture needs replacing, air conditioning is loud, food was awful and 50% of the staff need to go back to serving fast food!
It was such a disappointment after having so many good memories and to top it off, its hellishly expensive for what is a mid tier hotel now. Simply trading on location now.
It seems that lots of these hotel companies are still blaming the pandemic for all their poor service and lack of investment.

Could not get staff to answer the phone. Wake up call for early flight did not occur. Charged for internet when front desk person said it was free. Expected more from Hilton.

Very expensive considering there was no kitchenette, parking was exorbitant, very expensive breakfast and fast food was unacceptable. Further, I only chose this hotel because they represented that they had extensive shuttle service that would take me to grocery shopping and anything within 3 miles - this did not materialize and I was left on my own to get around. ANY amenities had to be requested, this is not hospitality. I would not stay there again and was sorry I chose them.

The food at the Aura Hotel service was excellent!!!!

It was a wonderful stay! The room was actually very comfortable. But I had asked for a quiet room. I stressed how important this was. And they put me in a room facing the pool area with an incredibly loud live music act that played for hours. Then it switched to loud dance music. The room service I had was very good. I would stay here again, but I would insist on a room facing away from the pool.
