Was not allowed to park in their lot during my trip due to third party booking. I had to get up at 3am and move my car to the Airport blue lot to catch a shuttle. Very frustrating

Comply. Especially liked having the loveseat for extra seating. Lovely breakfast with large variety. Front desk friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, first rate stay. Prefer Hampton to other Hilton properties at CMH. A light dinner menu would be good.

We arrived two hours late at the Columbus airport and waited for about 10-15 minutes for the shuttle. The bus was very dirty, all the seats were stained and gross. Our stay at the hotel was decent, the front desk host was helpful and nice.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Complementary Coffee downstairs always avaible which was much appreciated. Basic room. But very clean except shower had some pink moldy looking stuff on it. I'd give it overall four stars. It was also quick check in.

Noisy, out of shampoo and conditioner. Not really clean. Breakfast was good. The air condition made noise and then you would hear another noise throughout the night.

Great overnight stay before flight out early in the morning. Friendly quick check in and out, nice room with all the amenities, shuttle to airport waiting outside even at 3:30 am when leaving for airport! Would recommend!
