Second time staying here and I even recommended to my brother that asked me about my previous experience and he decided to give it a try, I saw him a few days while we stayed there and had very good feedback to share

We loved the room, accessibility, and amenities. We had a couple of drinks and food at the bar and really enjoyed the flavors. The hotel’s lobby is nice and elegant. Staff is courteous, friendly, fast, and accommodating -we requested a bath chair for my daughter with special needs and it arrived very quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Could not rate the property’s surrounding areas because we did not go out.

The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options. Each day featured different meats and fruits, providing a great start to the day. My room was on the top floor, the fifth floor, which was relatively quiet, although occasional noise from the hallway could be heard.
The staff were extremely professional and always greeted guests with a smile, making the stay pleasant and comfortable. However, the hotel's location was a bit inconvenient. Apart from the hotel's own restaurant and small shop, there were no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. While you can use Uber, and it's quite affordable in Mexico City.
