Reserved a King room, was notified upon arrival no King rooms were available. Was not offered any compensation for them not honoring the reservation. The room in an extended stay hotel typically has dishes, etc. for use. There was NOTHING here not even facial tissue. I would NEVER stay at this location again.

Tucked away and quiet. Except for the neighbors next to me at one point brought dogs in and it sound like a fight was going on so loud my friend on the shower was yelling to make sure I was okay

At reception Anna, wanted my partners id, after getting all I said was you should put that on your web site, so customers are not inconvienced.She than got into an argument with me. It was the worst possible check in ever! Anna should never be in customer check it. Rather let her clean rooms. The microwave was non functional, and only got replaced an hour before we checked out

Good location, but they were paving parking lot. Should have discounted the room. Parking was a real pain in the behind.
Found a used plastic cup behind trash can in bathroom, so cleaning was questionable.
Had to ask for shampoo and soap as there wad none in bathroom.
Weird place and not happy with inconveniences for the price i paid.

Not a family environment . An extended stay property tends to attract “not so savory” people . My mother was fearful of her safety due to issues with the surrounding guests . The employees were nice and made it right by issuing a refund for our stay .

The trash dumpster was overflowing for days. The water for the shower took 10 minutes to get hot.

Mold in room hair on bed, people selling meth in parking lot Harassing guest, no one at front Desk from 11pm- 9am , abd no where to drop key for guest checking out early

Reasonably priced room. Everything was clean and tidy. I had a service dog with me and they gave me no hard time whatsoever unlike most places. Check in was easy and room was quiet. I'll definitely be there again.

We ended up not staying as we were not aware that they didn't supply any plates, knives, dishes etc. All that was there was a fridge and an oven and beds.

My first room wasn’t cleaned when I came in…food and trash everywhere. So they put me in a different room. That room had multiple bugs in the bathroom. Called and asked if the could do anything…said there wasn’t any other open rooms. As I was checking out, I asked for a manager to call me about my horrible stay, it’s been over a week and still no one has called. Will never stay here again. If I could give it a score between 1-10 it would be a negative 20.

Very old condition. Tv didn’t work until we went to front desk to figure out remote(we know remotes normally)! Dog hair on floor. We had no dog. Bed was ok. Reception was nice

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room needed to be updated. Low water pressure. Bathroom light was pitiful. Mattress was disgusting, i ended up putting my blanket over the bedding

Elevator had strong, unpleasant odor all weekend with a very sticky floor. At no point did housekeeping clean our room or even knock on the door to attempt to clean our room and we didn’t have any do not disturb sign up or anything. Everything in the room was old, warn down, and half working, and the top two drawers would not stay closed. Volume options on the TV are basically muted or makes your ears bleed. Our rooms floor was pretty gross, and there is no tissue.
