The property didn't feel safe to me. Lots of people moving around outside and sitting in cars. Lots of garbage in the parking lot. Most places I will go outside alone, but not here.

Very dated, the bed was not comfortable, and hardly any selection for breakfast. Staff was rude checking in.

The staff were nice and accommodating. Frontline staff that is. Had an inquiry for the manager and never heard from them.

Facilities weren’t clean; bed and chairs weren’t that comfortable. Breakfast was subpar. Shower handle was broken and for 3 mornings I had to take a cold shower. I inquired about a slight refund because of this and never heard back. The way the facilities were maintained, the price should’ve been closer to a cheaper motel.

Location was convenient.

The bathroom had a ceiling leak which drip on the toilet paper. Also, the laundry room was next to our room and the washing machine/dryer were running most of the night and we could hear the noise in our room.

The room was very gross. Paid for a dog in the app and had to pay again at the site? Wouldn’t get a refund if we went to a different hotel. Room was very beaten up and unclean. The paper work Said we would be charged extra if there was presence of a dog without paying before hand such as dog hair etc. our room was COVERED in dog hair.and we have a non shedding puppy. Very disappointed as well as the crowd that hung around outside. Creepy.
