The positives: - Great location; i was in LA for work and it was in a quick neighborhood, feels safe, easy to get to century city from here - Lobby had nice vibes The cons: - No one can in to clean the room during my 3 nights stay; beds remained un-made; no trash collection and clear out; no towel replacement - The AC was broken and too loud; i had to turn off the AC, it was so loud it was impossible to sleep in it - The water pressure was horrible - tough to get a good shower - The shower area had mold on the walls; looked like it had been awhile since someone had cleaned the walls / shower area

I arrived very late after a 7 hour delayed flight. Perhaps I couldn't appreciate the design aesthetic but the walls painted black gave the hotel a dark, foreboding feel. It wasn't much better in the light of day. The person at the front desk was not especially welcome; the scent of her dinner permeated the lobby. The room itself was okay -- the shower was wonderful. At the point of departure, I was charged every fee imaginable, many of which seemed without merit to me. I slept well but for what I eventually paid, it didn't seem warranted. This is one hotel I will not revisit.
