Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Staff was courteous and friendly.Room was slighty dated, but clean. Ive stayed at this property in the past and a brookside deck has been added which was nice,but due to rain and cold, couldn't be fully enjoyed. The only real issue was that our reservation was for a king bed, and we were given two double beds. Meaning my wife and i had to sleep in separate beds. I could understand if they were at capacity, but they definitely were not. With that said, we'd likely stay here again and would probably recommend this property to others.

Pool side room with a brook in the back. About half a mile to town. Just take a shuttle for $1.00 which runs about every 20 minutes.Shaun at the front desk was a gem. Will be back.

Beautiful, tranquil setting in the woods! I thought I had booked a cabin but somehow it showed a regular room but because it was my birthday, the owner upgraded me to a cabin. The best birthday I’ve had in a long time.

nice stay with my kids, yes the room are a bit outdated, but it doesn't change anything for me, i knew i was staying at a motel and for the price, i'm not complaining. It was very confortable, my kids were happy with the park and the pool (both very clean), the staff is friendly and nice, it's close to the main street, nothing bad to say :)

I stayed there with my son for one night in August 2024 and it was perfect! I was properly greated and our room was upgraded to a cabin since there was availability. No charge! It was amazing! It was like having our own tiny house. It was small but had everything we needed. It was very clean and the sheets smelled good and fresh. It was on the main street where you could find restaurants and shops but far enough from all the action so it was quiet. I highly recommend it. I would go there again.

The property is well maintained and the views of the brook are lovely. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is good, not far from the village area. but the rooms are old, dated, and smell. The towels were old and stained, I bought new towels for my stay.

Porches on the cabins plus trees provide a perfect spot even on a hot day to relax. Clean towels provided daily if needed and staff is always friendly. Small community kitchen for people to cook and beautiful pool.

Excellent value, large rooms next to a beautiful little river. Definitely try to get one of the rooms next to the little river, The rooms have back doors that lead out to a small deck area perfect for relaxing next to the river. Separately, it only took us 15 minutes to walk to the downtown area

The Brookside is always a satisfying stay. It's quaint and charming as well as quiet and relaxing. The pool is nice and the stream running through the property is pleasant. We always stay in a cozy cabin set back from the main grounds. The room is small with a small bathroom but still plenty comfy. It's a short drive or a long walk into town depending on how you feel. The stay was okay. The carpet was stained and terrible. It smelled. The bath was clean and great. Linens were clean. Okay place needs some TLC. Check in was great.
