Overall, it was all good. Staff was nice and helpful. Didn’t get towel changes often... Had to request them over the 5 days. Having the ice machines was amazing during the heat wave. The fridge and microwave in rooms was great, though a fridge/freezer combo would be an appreciated bonus. Ine suggtion would be to leave the coffee out al day... Not enough people wake up before 7am to use it.

3/5 stars sounds about right. I had paid for a kitchenette but the room faced the highway and the noise was excessive. So I switched to a smaller room with no kitchenette with no noise, but ended up overpaying for what I received. The hotel location is reasonably convenient being just off the highway, but with no grocery store within walking distance. The gym wasn't really useable. Not the hotels fault exactly, but the place was overun by unattended teenagers for the duration of my stay.

This property is adjacent to the trans Canada Highway It is so noisy they offer ear plugs when you check in & also leave them in the night table. Noisy trucks & heavy traffic makes sleeping difficult.

Traveled with my kids and the waterslide and pool were a hit. The staff were extremely helpful!

We stayed for one night on our way home from holidays with our 2 dogs. Great room and very dog friendly. A few good green areas right outside the door which were convenient. No complaints :)

Very enjoyable stay...really happy with restaurant. Room was well equipped with glasses and cups,bedding was clean and hi end.

The hotel and staff were great, the only thing that was a problem for us was the other guests. It seemed as though there was a large amount of some group of people (volleyball team?) Staying in the hotel and they were very very loud and disruptive for us as other guests not part of their group. They sat in the lobby until late drinking and being very loud which made walking in and out of the hotel uncomfortable and staff did not have issues with this when it seemed at the very least they shouldnt have allowed alcohol consumption in the lobby. They also made the pool uncomfortable for our children. They again were unreasonably loud, didnt leave space for others, made rude comments to us and our children and were taking photos of us? The amount of people and the level of noise and the lack of room in common spaces due to their presence were a huge disappointment and definitely made our stay unenjoyable. We did wish staff would have taken control of the chaotic common spaces
