The stay was amazing! We stay here everytime we are in the city. The staff is amazing! We get a suite when there and it’s always perfect. Jody and Arthur are wonderful and check in with you your entire stay. They also know some good places to eat, and to check out. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Uber and Lyft cars are available consistently in minutes.

Upon check in i was given key card to a room and when i went to rokm someone belongings were still in the room. I was creeped out. Went back downstairs to lobby and was given a nee room.

Great location and atmosphere. The room was nice and comfortable for 4 women.
One staff member was harassing and seemingly profiling but other than her, the stay was greatly enjoyable for a short Ladies' getaway staycation
(There is a fire stattion across the street but luckily, there werent any alarms until the morning of check out)

Great customer service upon checkin. However it was all downhill from there. There was a college group staying and partying all night. When complaint made to staff they said there was nothing they could or would about it. We were unable to sleep at all due to continuous obnoxious loud noise with zero help from rude staff.

Decent for quick trip. Water pressure was low for bathroom sink. Fitness area was pretty robust for a hotel. Room was mostly clean. Slight musty odor. Felt safe during my stay.

Better in all respects than the typical Hampton Inn, especially the restaurant/bar on the ground floor (possibly managed by a third party).

My daughter and I went to Chicago for a concert at the House of Blues, we had the best time! This was the perfect place to stay. Everything was walkable, the staff was amazing!

Excellent location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone I interacted with had such a great attitude. Valet parking was awesome. The room was beautiful and very clean. The whole experience was amazing. I will definitely want to stay here again.
