We had reserved a deluxe king suite for 3 adults. They gave us a room with 1 king bed for 3 adults. No sofa/couch even. Let alone a sofa bed. When we went back to the desk. They told us they had no sofa beds in the hotel at all. I told them state law would not allow them to rent a room for 3 adults with only 1 bed regardless of king or queen . If they charge us for 3 adults to sleep, then they have to have 3 sleeping spaces. Needless to say, we did not stay there as they could not accommodate us. We called hotels.com immediately. They called the hotel but apparently the hotel told our representative for Expedia that there was no manager on duty so they couldn’t change anything until they spoke with a manager at this hotel. We have a case number regarding this dispute given to us by hotels.com.

Stay started out rough with a noise pet across the hall but management took care of it. Rooms where clean but average with poor tv channels to select from. Breakfast was good and most of all the shower was great.

The rooms were terrible. The staff was just as bad.

The first room we got was very smelly like wet clothes and dirty feet, but the second room was without off smells. The furniture was old and with stains, the bed was not comfortable, and the AC was making a high pitch sound when the fan was on. Breakfast was below average.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well after a 12 hour drive. Overall I was not dissatisfied with my stay, however the bathroom in my room had some small spots of what looked like mold on the shower curtain. The toilet seat is also needing to be replaced, looks like some parts of it received water damage and paint was missing.

The hotel is in a run down commercial district. The building is old and a little run down, however the room was comfortable and the king bed was wonderful.

Property had a musty, kinda smokey smell to it. Decor was outdated. Our toilet seat looked like someone had taken bites out of it.

The room smelled horrible when we walked in. You could see where things had been hung and the holes weren’t patched and touch up paint didn’t match. When using the faucet there was a strong sulfur smell. Bathroom trim was extremely dirty. The desk chair looked very dirty and the lamp shades had rust looking stains on them. Tv is very small. The mattresses were good though.
