It was horrible, didn’t make me feel welcome, my sheets had stains on it and the shower floor was trifling (re: caulking, mold).
And my damn remote didn’t work all night I was pissed!

The facility is well maintained and there were no problems in the room at all.
When I checked in, they told me that they had to put a $100 hold on my credit card in case of problems. That was okay, but then then the machine wouldn't accept my Discover Card, which was the very card I had paid for the room with? Fortunately I had a different card to use.

Candlewood Hotel emailed me on May 13, that my room reservation that I made on April 18 was cancelled by Hotels.com. How do like that? The day before I leave for Alexandria, I get booted out. What took so long from April 19 to the day before travel May 13, that I didn't receive a notice sooner?
