electrical outlets coming loose from wall. not enough outlets for computers etc. last pic was console that had outlets but did not work. Also mini fridge did not work.

Have stayed here numerous time but the new staff their are not friendly wont be making it my first choice no more

Friendly staff, and good service

The room we had was moldy, there was a huge water stain on the roof. You can tell is an old building. Not worth the $150 a night.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and located within walking distance of places to eat. My only complaint was the wifi. I was in a room on the ground floor and was not able get wifi in my room.

Very nice hotel

I was very pleased with my stay at Hyatt Place Plantation/Fort Lauderdale. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. All the staff members were wonderful. It was a good value for the price.

At night the lighting around the property (car park) was inadequate. The room was not cleaned thoroughly after room service. However, the general experience was good. The room was spacious and the staff was pleasant. Convenient location to restaurants and malls.

Property is old, dirty and smells like mold . We travel with a small child and the dirty smelly hotel was concerning. Especially after my husband started feeling really sick (sneezing coughing and even had a fever) from thats nasty smell of mold. And our booking was for 7 night. So after 5 nights we told the staff that we had to check out early and we booked a different hotel for our remaining stay. The front desk staff assured us that it was no problem and that we would get refunded for the remaining days. That was untill we contacted our booking agent to ask about the refund and they contacted the hotel, and to my surprise they refused to refund us anything. They said we will be charged 0 of our booking and refused to refund us anything. After assuring me that we will get refunded for the remainder 2 days. At the time of check out. Its a greedy company they dont provide any complimentary coffee, tea or water outside the breakfast hours. The pool towels are locked up. They only have housekeeping every other day. Horrible experience

You get your moneys worth. Loved that decent breakfast is included and close to shopping and restaurants

The shower stalls need to be better cleaned.

Great location in a safe area. Hotel was clean. Coffee machine was provided but no microwave in the room. Only complaint, no microwave

I've been stay in this hotel for 5 days, and they just cleaned my room once (no bathroom cleaning, just the beds are done and the towels are replaced) 1 Day before the check out. I ask at recepcion to clean in the Second Day, no one shows up, in the third Day and fourth Day as well they just go in the last Day. the cleaning mas very disappointed spot

We stayed at the hotel for five nights. The rooms in the photos looked brand new, but when I arrived, I was disappointed because they appeared old. The furniture was dusty, as were the TV, the toilet paper holder, and the lamp on the table. The breakfast had few options, especially for children. The staff was very friendly, but I was disappointed with the facilities and cleanliness.

It was nice.

The pictures online are misleading. When we walked in the lobby had flaking paint and needed repairs. The smell in the main lobby smelt like bug spray, there was a trail of garbage water in the hall where the bag was dragged on the floor. There is a lot of potential with a good renovation.
