Great hotel, very clean, close to airport with a 5 min shuttle available on demand. Very easy Uber ride to downtown area, and $20 ride to beaches.

Close to airport. Fast shuttle service to and from the airport. Great front desk lady. Only issue was the phone system. Called 8 times before I could get a shuttle pick up time. All choices were either busy or disconnected me immediately. Got the front desk as we were waiting for the shuttle and it showed up as I was talking to her.

I stayed because I had to evacuate. While they were sold out consistently, I think they did a great job handling the influx of traffic and people. Was everything perfect? No, but that doesn’t matter. I was safe, it was as good as it could be considering the craziness. I barely saw anyone else, so you don’t feel like you were sandwiched in. It was quiet, and enjoyable. Breakfast was great! The breakfast bar ladies were cheerful and engaging. I would gladly stay at another Hampton Inn.

The sheets were not clean at all; fortunately, I brought my own. There was a bit of molding in areas of the room. It was a little hot throughout the building and felt humid. The breakfast was subpar. I was expecting better for the price we paid. Not too impressed with the overall filth and lack of breakfast options. Aside from the poor quality of food and filthy room, the employee in the front had great customer service.

Check in took thirty minutes due to our room being given away to someone else. Then the key cards were not able to be made. A maintenance person walked us to our room and let us in. The room had wet carpets from cleaning during the day and not being dried yet.
The person at the desk was nice but I don't think we will stay there again. When you reserve a room and pay in advance, the room should be ready for you when you arrive.

There was nothing to filter light and it was bright being next to airport. The floor had not been vacuumed in a while as my feet were filthy. Hot water was very weak. Not the same quality Hampton we have enjoyed for many years.

The room is large and looked very nice. The first issue is that there is a sheer, blind and blackout blind automatically controlled from a switch on the wall. Neither was working and they tried to rig up a system with an extension cord, but that didn’t work either. There is a very bright parking lot light shining through the window all night long. The sink was also clogged. Surprisingly the room was very noisy not from airplanes, but from other sounds in the hotel.
