Security lock was broken but they said they would have security fix. Front desk very kind and responsive. Carpets dirty with odor. Generous breakfast. Steps icy and parking lot not well plowed. Price was deciding factor and I like the staff. No cleaning during stay which is typical/post C norm

One of the most disgusting places I've ever stayed. The room smelled like rotten cabbage, stains and splatter marks on the walls. I thought for sure we would have bed bugs after staying.
Even the shower was dirty, I actually felt dirtier after taking a shower if that's even possible.
The nightly cost is outrageous for such a gross hotel. Basically if you stayed in a place like this in say California it would be an hourly hotel. SO GROSS

This is great motel with a very helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot is treacherous in winter conditions.

We waited 20 minutes in the lobby before being checked. We were just about to leave when the only person working arrived because she was also the shuttle driver.

Excellent customer service and really kind transit driver. The front desk help was very kind and very helpful. The rooms were pretty basic, but they were clean and we rested well

From the start our toilet was clogged before we even used it and it took some time for the clerk to come fix it because he apparently was the only one working. He had to leave and go to the airport leaving no one at the front desk. Upon his return he had to deal with a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell and kick him out. In the parking lot there was a truck that looked like a homeless person was sleeping in because it had cardboard all over the inside of the windows. The clerk was very nice and apologized several times. He did finally come and fix the toilet but it was so late that I couldn’t even enjoy the big bath tub in the suite. We were tired and just wanted to go to bed after our travels.

Stay was pretty alright for the price the elevator was a little nerve racking and we were woken up in the morning my neighbors yelling at each other so it was a little ghetto but not more than expected.

The check in process was nice. The room had cracks in the sheetrock specifically in the bathroom and and places where tape was placed on the wall? Odd. This morning though I took a shower and the drain was so slow the water was over my feet.

I upgraded my room for use of jacuzzi and the thing was broken. Mgr/owner did not offer any discount for my inconvenience. I spent $60 extra to upgrade.
I love the room setup and I really like the hotel, but there are no stores in walking distance. So cleanliness should be key for them. On the plus side, the room was huge and I would stay here again.

I got the room with a faulty keyed door, took over a dozen tries to get in. I stayed in... Otherwise comfortable and no unpleasant surprises. It was as expected for this price point.

The hotel is old. The carpet needs to be replaced . The woman at the front desk was very nice and the man to check out was nice , the next morning. Breakfast was good. Thank you

I am not sure why there was so many excellent reviews, the hotel is dated, has the fake smell to cover up oders, and is just ok

Staff was not very friendly. We picked this location due to closeness to airport and availability of shuttle. Then found out last shuttle was at 10 pm. Room was hot and loud.

our door was open when we arrived. We soon realized it was because the room key device in the door handle didn't work. I reported this to the front desk, but they told me i had to hold the handle up. That didn't work either. i had no trouble getting into the laundry room, so that tells me the room door key entry system was broken. the security arm was also broken for our room door. I am appreciative of the laundry room, plus only needed one cycle to dry, so the machines worked well. Also appreciated the 24 hour coffee and the lemon water in the lobby. Airport shuttle was much appreciated, too, and ran on time.

Room was spacious and well equipped and bedding and towels clean and plentiful.
I appreciated the kitchenette and for my stay it was quiet and peaceful.
