My fiancé and I recently returned from a magical trip to The Busena Terrace in Okinawa, where I proposed—and she said yes! The setting was perfect, as we stayed in a room with a private pool that offered a serene and luxurious atmosphere, making our special moment even more unforgettable. The service at the hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Housekeeping attended to our room twice a day, ensuring everything was always pristine. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We’d like to extend a special thank you to Ayana Ishizuka from the Club Lounge, who greeted us warmly upon arrival and made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. Her attentive and sincere service truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend The Busena Terrace for anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Great location. Hotel is a bit old but view is excellent. Staff are very attentive. Valet service was convenient. Amenities were Talgo which I love! Shame that we stayed there only 1day. Restaurants were very expensive…

The place was amazing!!! I went with my mum and 8 month baby. If you are travelling with a baby it is a place I will recommend to stay as you can ask for a baby crib and also stroller(it is recommended to reserve it before your stay). In addition, they will warm your baby food as well as you can order baby food as room service. The hotel is very beautiful, peaceful and quiet. From the lobby you can see the ocean!! You must reserve an ocean view, as it is spectacular!!! Also the buffet in the morning is amazing!! It is a must go if you are travelling Okinawa:) Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so amazing!!

This is a really beautiful resort, it's very lovingly looked after by the gracious staff, I don't agree with the other reviewers who say the property is old/dated, I thought it felt perfectly suited to its intended purpose of being a relaxing and peaceful getaway. If you want to spend your days sitting poolside or on a beautiful beach, this is the kind of place to do that. Remember though that this resort is an hour away from Naha and about 45 minute to Chatan (where American Village is), so you really do need your own car if you want to spend any time outside the resort and it will be a considerable drive to get to most destinations. This is especially the case for food, I found the restaurant options a bit limited and expensive, and they weren't serving anything poolside in the afternoons I was there. This is again a really beautiful property and great for people that are happy to stay on site and relax for a few days, but more adventurous travelers should probably consider a place closer to Naha or spend only part of their trip in this resort.

Fantastic resort! Wonderful staff and beautiful scenery. A good part of our week was overcast. Normally that might make for a lesser experience but there was so much to do and such a beautiful resort we hardly noticed.

All the staff are very professional and helpful. Beautiful resort. Half restaurants were still closed when we stayed there. We hope the swimming area was bigger and they allow us to snorkel by ourselves at the beach (outside of the designated swimming area). 5-7 min walk to the nearest convenience store. Breakfast buffet was good but was very busy. Live music by the pool every night was great. Live music at the seafood restaurant was super nice. Would like to stay again, thank you:)
