Lovely modern apartment in great location in the heart of the old town. Luggage lockers in the entrance were handy if you have a late flight.

Great support from reception. Our only issue is that the bedroom is on the second floor and we are 70+ of age. They were very helpfull getting our luggage up and down. We appreciated they help

Lovely modern clean apartments we loved staying there our stay was short we stayed for 2nights the manager was very helpful with checking in & other questions we may have had . Hoping to return again in the future an amazing place to stay very central for the centre & port.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect location, lovely manager who is in contact and reachable! Everything is good and the AC worked perfectly which is needed in the hot weather in Malaga haha!

Fantastic little self catering apartment in the Old historic part of Malaga City. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Air conditioning was superb and wifi connected no problem. Apartment is in a great location with a 5 minute walk to the centre. The harbour is a 15 minute walk and beach a further 5 minute walk from the harbour. Would highly recommend Atenea Malaga apartments.

Perfect location, as it was walking distance from everything, including public transportation. Clean environment and really good facilities. I would especially like to mention the great communication with Angel, our host. We had issues with the code-lock on our door a few times, and each time he replied in seconds. Even at 2am. Greatly recommend this stay:)

Spacious apartment with excellent kitchen and shower room. Living room space a bit lacking in natural light as opposite building. Small double bed with basic bedding - small duvet and strange cushions for pillows - uncomfortable. 'Balcony' is a balconette with no sitting space.

It was an amazing place very central to the historic city. The apartment had everything we needed. Clean and spacious. This is not our first time there and we will stay again.

Great location 5 mins walk from central square and main shopping. Lots of great cafes and restaurants close by. Apartment was clean, bright and functional with all the basics required to have breakfast in the morning (kettle, toaster & microwave) We had a duplex apartment on one of the higher floors. The windows faced in to the centre of the building, but this meant it was nice and quiet and also dark when sleeping. Small bathroom with shower only, however, the shower was spacious with a good supply of hot water. The double mattress was a little hard for me, but that's just personal taste (super also better). It was nice to meet Angel who was very helpful in supplying us with more coat hangers (most couples generally need more than 5) and also organising our taxi to the airport. Would potentially return and recommend to friends for a short break in Malaga - Malaga was fabulous by the way. Very clean, nice people and lots to do - galleries, museums, gardens, shopping etc. Oh and the small terrace that came with the duplex apartment was a bonus, although it far too hot during our visit to use. One thing that is a must to improve this property - as mentioned to Angel, please provide more mirrors. There is only one in the bathroom and as us ladies know, if there are 4 of you getting ready for a night out, you need to speed the process up and have access to other mirrors - a full length mirror would be a real bonus! Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable experienced.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was easy to get everywhere, once we got our bearings! 20 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins to the centre of the old town, 10 mins to the port, 10 mins to the center. The apartments were really helpful and helped us with anything we needed. Muchas gracias 🙏

Truly I was just in Malaga as a quick stop off so had low expectations and it turns out I didn’t really think the city was a place I’ll visit again- lots of people taking selfies and concerned about being seen and other than Alcazaba and the Picasso museum (he was born here but there is a Picasso museum in almost every major city in Europe and this one wasn’t any more special really) there isn’t too much else in the city. I went to the beach and enjoyed the Med sea but it was overcrowded. Throngs of people in the streets as well. In terms of the apartment, the property manager was extremely professional and helpful. I can see it being a good situation for a business traveller because it’s not too cozy but functional. The couch had some stains and the pillows on the bed were not comfortable, otherwise nice due to the high ceilings, ability to cook if desired, and ease of things again due to location.
