My husband and I were attending a wedding downtown and chose to stay at Hyatt Place. It was our first stay and we really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the art work throughout the hotel as well.

Check in was a breeze, plenty of parking available in the garage, room was clean, couldn't hear any noise from other rooms, breakfast was decent, & I'd stay here again!

Perfect location for the Indiana Fever game!

This was my 4th time staying here. I did not feel as welcomed as I usually do. Front desk took my credit card and didn’t even tell me what the deposit was. Last time I got 2 waters. My room needed some deep cleaning. The floor in the bathroom and in between tiles was dirty. The outdoor windows were filthy. The maid walked into my room without knocking. Luckily I knew Spanish so I could tell her what I needed.

Perfect location! We walked to the mall and several restaurants. Also right across from our venue. There were a lot of homeless people lying around in the streets which was very disheartening... Downtown Indy was not like this when we last visited several years ago. So sad.

First time staying here but it was amazing and so was the staff!! We had a very nice room and everything was super clean and very inviting! We will be back!!

Very clean and spacious! Staff were all nice and helpful! Best part is right across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse and walking distance to all the restaurants!

We loved the proximity to the Gateway Fieldhouse and will stay here again. Only feedback was that the blankets for the pull out were very low quality.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, but it is on a very busy street. The Gainbridge fieldhouse is directly across the street and draws thousands of people. The nightlife is very active in the area as well. We were keep up until 3am. My advice to anyone who stays here over the weekend is to stay on the backside of the hotel away from the main street. This hotel is 15 stories high and has plenty of rooms.

Parking was easy once I knew where to park. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Cleaning staff came into our room before we were out of bed in the morning, not sure why they're not told who has and hasn't checked out yet. Wasn't a huge deal but, still.

It's very confusing having two hotels at the same exact address with the same check-in and all facilities shared. I accidentally booked Hyatt Place instead of Hyatt House and thus did not get the suite with kitchenette I was expecting. You need to do something to make the difference clearer. Or maybe just combine to one brand with different room types.

This was a great hotel for the money. Nice outdoor patio with TV’s. It was kid friendly and very clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean and in working order. We have stayed at this location 2 times now.
