I would have rated the comfort a 5 if the heat in the room would have worked properly. It would never warm up...until we were actually checking out the next morning.

I always try to stay at the Hilton when I travel. The last two times at check in I asked for a complementary bottle of water (which costs about $.12) and they tell me I have to be a gold or diamond member to get it. I usually have no other complaints but that really does stick in my craw. 12 cents…

Very comfortable room and bed for my quick overnight stay. The location is convenient to interstate highways. Excellent breakfast. Recommended.

My experience was absolutely great. Entire hotel was clean. Room was great, the only problem I had were the pillows, they were flat and needed to be replaced. No weird smelling room. The best room I've ever had by a mile.

Hotel was okay. Checked in on Thursday evening. Realized after we were settled there an one of those fake eyelashes on the shower wall. Told the two ladies at the front desk, they said they would have it cleaned. Came back Friday late afternoon and saw that it was still there. Went down and said something to the new desk clerk. She wasnt concerned at all. We have stayed i. Several Hampton Inn and never had a problem. Wont be back. I have a picture but it wont let me add it.

The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. Paint chipping off the ceiling light not working over bathroom mirror. Light over toilet flashing. Was very dark in the bathroom. Handle on the shower was about to fall off. The stopper for the Jacuzzi tub would not seal. Causing water to run out of tub

This is a great hotel- with very personable professional staff. The manager circulated through the breakfast area, asking guests about their stay and their plans for the day-a nice touch. We also noticed that all the employees seemed happy to be there and that filtered through to their attitude in dealing with guests. No one seemed to have an attitude.

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean room in excellent condition. Only concern was that towels had a musty smell. But bedding was fine. Would stay here again.

Check in was quick. Plenty of parking. Staff was outstanding. They were very courteous, outgoing, and helpful. Location was very convenient to interstate 26.

What I didn’t like is it’s located it’s near in a shady area, we’re I don’t feel comfortable and safe. But aside from that the place is clean all of the amenities are pretty nice and maintained. My second time at the hotel and still my top list to book whenever I visit Charleston
