Couldn’t check in until after 5:30 instead of the 3:00 checkin due to rooms not being ready. Beds not comfortable. Heard weird scratching noises all night long. Room definitely not designed for a woman in mind as there was no bright lighting anywhere to do makeup and hair. Otherwise, very clean hotel and staff is very polite.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Parking is limited, so be prepared to wait for a parking space in the busy evening hours. There are many great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good -- nice hot breakfast selection as well as continental breakfast items. Coffee was good, too. The towels in my room had makeup stains on them. I wish the laundry service could get these stains out before they place them in the room for me to use. In room coffee service is poor. Housekeeper did not replace coffee pods used my first night. Television had good offerings and was a larger television than normally found in other hotels. I will be back next year for my business activities in Columbia. It is one of the better hotels in downtown Columbia.

Had a great stay. Was there for a wrestling event which was literally 10 minutes away walking and the hotel was courteous and friendly. I had my service dog and they were so accommodating to us

This is our third time staying at this property we came down for an event two years ago and this was the host hotel we fell in love with the service, location, rooms and so much more so anytime we're in town this is the only place we stay.

Hotel overbooked. We had 6 rooms booked and our first room was cleaned (ish) at 1:00am and our final room was ready at 4:00am. Management was no where to be seen - the staff got 5 stars because the two “very young” employees bent over backwards to help us and put management to shame.

We had a great stay here except early in the morning all I heard was cleaning staff yelling down the hall and doors being slammed. Pointless to have a late checkout when you can’t sleep in because of the inconsiderate cleaning staff.

Everything was great, except noise from other guests in rooms close to ours……and from the street, which I realize is hard to do anything about. Breakfast was fantastic! Different options each morning and really tasty! Convenient to everything in the vista and most things downtown.

Biggest disappointment (again) was the breakfast. Poor variety (just had basics) and workers did not top anything off, they would wait until food or plates or silverware or drinks would run out before refilling them. Workers would stay in back for long periods of time and not be aware that anything needed to be refilled. We chose to buy breakfast elsewhere after the first day instead of eating their free breakfast.

The only problem was the bathroom door is awful. Very difficult to keep shut. Great location. Friendly staff.

Loved how close it was to The Senate concert venue. Downtown Columbia is such a beautiful and unique area, and the hotel didnt feel intrusive on this historic nature of the area. Super friendly staff, great breakfast, incredible view. The only issue we ran into was the super squeaky bathroom door, but that was quite literally the only problem. Clean, well maintained, and affordable.
