The property was nice, the staff was great, I really enjoyed my stay. It’s wasn’t like the US, but it was pleasant. I felt safe there. They just have to get the water issue resolved it took to long to get hot water, but it was hot after a while of letting the water run. I would book it again.

Had a great stay here. The staff was very accomodating. Mr. Anderson was very pleasant to work with. Food options were limited, but portions were large and delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. Power was always on.

The property was not managed well, the use of cheap products where in use. It did not live up to the price I paid. Basic amenities and needs of the room were not met, often having to ask for bathroom utilities with the downside of not having hot water. The one upside was how ready the workers were to help and ease my stay.

I have stayed here several times, check in and out is fairly easy..just be sure to let them know in advance if you will check out early 5-6 am) to catch a flight

Please make the check out time a little more efficient especially early in the morning and when we request a cab early to go to the airport the next morning, please make sure it comes and everyone knows about this

Good choice for that price but they need to provide a do not disturb sign. Somebody was knocking on my door every morning to bring me breakfast, while I would rather sleep. A simple do not disturb sign would solve that problem.

For what it was, this hotel provides just enough for the price charged. However, the hot water did not work during my stay and this is an issue they need to address right away, if they hope to lure in more clients. But they had 24 hour electricity, running water with decent pressure and around the clock armed security.

It was okay for what I paid Lots of continuous issues AC and fridge went off regularly Internet was not strong enough to reach the room but okay in the common areas I am very familiar with Haiti after 25 trips there and able to go with the flow I would stay elsewhere next time Especially because this hotel is too far from the middle of town (about 2 miles but 30 minutes in Haiti traffic

I had a stay last summer it was OK but this time it was worst they are under construction every morning at 6am they are pounding in a pool and I paid for a double room they claimed they do not. Have any they too are under construction and the food was spoiled. But they served it anyway all the staff even reception claim to never have change for tips I will never stay there again their beds still have the plastic wrap on them that make for very uncomfortable sleep every to I was changed to still had construction noise and housekeeping was too busy gossiping about guest to do their jobs at 6 am they turn off the ac unless you request them to turn it back on the hot water works and the wifi
