is a nice hotel but I was shocked when they charged me USD83.00 extras without explanation. a facility like TV is not so good as they have reception problems and unclear pictures. Wifi is not so good very inconsistence

Over all was as expected. Cleanness is very important to me and my family. Elevator only worked once in the all time. Staff at the restaurant should be more knowledgeable and friendly.

But, elevator needs to be replaced URGENT,
Add nightstand with a lamp in room 306 and keep the small freezer separated from bed, that looks like an hour motel , no nice. Overall is ok

The suite there was very nice. They have ants there so don't drop anything sweet on the floor.The staff was very friendly and helpful
