Great place with a awesome gym, sauna and steambath. Every room has its own washingmachine and multiple TVs. Clean and tidy with very friendly staff. Only drawback (as a European) is the hotel is cerified Chinese-friendly (they have a sign) so 90% of residents are from China, who have a very different look on manners, children and rules. Oh and hygiene. Our neighbours were definitely smoking, even though it is a non-smoking room, and they don't respect the rules at the pool or any place else in the hotel. Definitely not the hotels fault, but be aware when booking.

It is good for family vacation with a giant swimming pool, kids play room and gym programs The morning breakfast is of high quality and many choices. Though it's not so connected to most transport. Need to call taxi/Grab. Hotel shuttle bus 5 times a day but not provided for returns to the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was great with wide selections from Thai, Indian, Chinese and western. I like how they switch some of the breakfast items up every day. The staff were very friendly and professional. They also understood English. I love how there is a cafe by the lobby. Starbucks and 7/11 are next to the hotel as well. There’s also a mall that is walking distance. The host KANYAPAK Panghom is such a sweet person. She is very helpful all the time and just has this really great personality. She definitely deserves a raised.

During my stay I had to cancel the last night due to sudden change of the flight. Then reception staff kindly supported me to refund it. Appreciated her survives.
On the other hand, hotel itself is pretty old so my room was not comfortable unfortunately, when renovated in the future, I will book again.

The hotel/apartment was very nice. Had all the amenities expected from a five star resort hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive.

This trip was very short but I was able to relax as usual. Especially smile of staffs made me relax. Breakfast was also good as usual. Gym was also good and enough machines. I exercised at least one time in my staying always. Thank you so much!!!

7/11 nearby. Little bar across the street (Fusion). Very little place with pool tables upstairs. Nina was great! We stopped by 3 nights in a row. Chatriuam was very nice. Good size fridge, full sized kitchen, microwave , comes with soda and water, highly recommend. Pool area was also nice with a bar are. Wish there were more aigna about where to go for breakfast buffet (which was the pool area).

There was a person at the reception who was rude and spoke to me very rudely when I left the hotel.
I booked a car to take me from the hotel to the airport and the same rude guy at the reception, the employee told me I didn't have a reservation, and I found the guy standing outside waiting for me.
The hotel is located far from all shopping centers, the nearest shopping center is half an hour away.
One day I went to have breakfast in the morning and they gave me a dirty table that was not cleaned well and the chairs were old and very dirty

Our family often stays here for weekend getaways in Bangkok. The hotel has several towers that enclose a large and well-landscaped pool area. It is extremely family friendly.

Fantastic hotel, come early to breakfast or there will be black with hotel guests. Breakfast is however very good with a big variety of food. Service at front desk is pleasant and friendly. Bubble jet, was however not working in the pool. But over all a fantastic hotel and comfortable room, with great city view.

I almost always stay here. It's very comfortable and convenient for my business.
Breakfast was good, noodle and porridge and anything can
good taste.
Staffs also are very gentle and kind.
