Stayed in room 004 and even though i had noticed the steps into the garden with the tree, i forgot and fell and almost took the big christmas tree with me in the fall but it saved me. I suggest you mark out the bottom steep that is wider so you see clearly there is still one step down left.

Frequent guest and despite we got a room
( 124 ) with no fresh air, only aircon directly in your head, window to a patio noisy restaurant, but even worse ventilation from the kitchen equipment from 0500 to 2300..sounded like a big plane on the sky all night...we basically did not sleep for 2 nights...bar service in lounge is arrogant, not busy, but busy enought not to service or clean up..you wait in the bar, order , wait loo g and take your drink...and every order is handled by 1 person, despite the reception staff stand next to and only go to the bar to make coffee to themselves... and untill 4.pm, you cannot get charged to your room...we have stayed many times, never again...and we told staff before we left..

You’ll find better value somewhere else. Perfect location but getting run down and many rooms are super noisy.

Our view was of the wall of the building next door, the temperature couldn’t be adjusted, even though we used the directions on the wall, and the 5 pillows were floppy and just in the way. They should be replaced with just 2 good ones.

We stayed here for our final night in Copenhagen. The hotel is great with a lively restaurant connected to it. Very close and walkable to the Nyhavn waterfront cafes and other Copenhagen sites. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the hotel, love the amenities. My only criticism is that the breakfast options are not varied…ranging from barely anything on the roof, to a full buffet - if you just want eggs and toast you have to go out. Also the bar options are limited (no 7-up, sprite, diet tonic). Other than those minor items, we loved it….it was noisy on the front street though.

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was definitely worth paying extra for, the food in the lobby bar was great and reasonably priced. The hotel restaurant, the Shrimp, was good too. A huge bonus was the rooftop lounge with a honor system bar and great views of the city

Incredible location. Quiet hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner at Shrimp.
My only complaint is the lighting in the rooms. I was attending a wedding and could not apply makeup easily. The lighting and mirror in the bathroom are terrible (why a darkened mirror?) and the closet mirror was so-so. Desperately needs a lighted makeup mirror. That's all. A magnifying mirror was provided but you still had to stand under a light in the shower to try to get a bright light on it. Lol! Other than that - would stay here again without any hesitation.

The minute you walked in the hotel you felt you were in a very unique hotel. Beautifully designed down to the last detail. Room was spacious and bathroom again beautifully designed.
One constructive criticism I would make is when ordering from the bar I would recommend that the bar person not leave guest waiting without saying “I am just fixing a few drinks and once finished I will be right with you.” Not leave guest hanging.

The hotel is lovely and super chic. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they don’t offer even a coffee free of charge in the morning. The hotel isn’t cheap; so I think small details like a coffee bar in the morning would mean a lot to the customer
