Being an old property the condition of rooms and toilets was pathetic and not value for money paid. The toilet had broken racks as evident in the photo. The mirrors were shabby old which were not having clear image. It would have been better to have opted for a three star hotel instead which would have been much better. When they shifted me to another room, the room did not have any toiletries and hand towel. Neither there were paper tissues in the room. Tried calling the General Manager and was advised that he is not available.

The property is close to the airport and easy access to the other parts of city. The Staffs are so great and very attentive. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet the most and great service.
However the renovations in rooms needs attention.

One exception whose name is Purnima, stood out and made the otherwise below average stay, cheerful in moments.

I am a Platinum elite member and since our checkout was 11:00, we requested a late check out at 4pm with no problem. I was also provided with an upgrade to an executive suite which felt like a true presidential suite. The room is very clean and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were shown the suite and the property facilities. The experience of staying here was exceptional and I would definitely stay again next time in Chennai!

They updated the lobby to look great. But, the bucks stopped right there. The rooms are dated, very dated, like they are from 70s or 80s. Can't complain for the price paid.

convenient location for airport, very helpful staff. Breakfast was crowded, no table available so had to take to my room. there was a lot of dust in the room/ bathroom, carpet hadnt been hoovered.
