Had read mixed reviews so we were skeptical. We were pleasantly surprised- room was clean, front desk person very nice, pool open. The on site restaurant was great! The chair in the room had a small stain on the arm, but barely noticeable. It was a very nice stay for a hotel in this price range.

The check in was good and speedy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was in poor condition and very outdated. The carpet was horrible as was the bedding.

Country Inn and suites is a nice motel for the money, there is some condition factors of the age of the structure but nothing out of control with average features, breakfast choices could be increased

The staff was amazing and so friendly, but our room smelled terrible. It was so bad we had to sleep with the windows open. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. This is a property desperately in need of updating.

Liked the value compared to Haymarket and convenient location near our daughter’s house. My only real complaint is that both mornings I could not get the shower water to be warm rather than just ice cold or scalding hot. There was no happy medium and I tried for a long time. So I burnt my feet.

Bed sheets were clearly not changed on one of the beds room smelled musty just dirty and gross

Great place to stay for a quick trip to visit my daughter and grandkids. Would have loved to use the outdoor hot tub but it was out of service. Maybe next time.

The room was comfortable. One of the chairs had a lot of stains. The breakfast was terrible. The first day they were out of several things by 8:00.

The first room they put us in had stains and hair in the bed that wasn’t ours. Found a half eaten French fry in the AC unit panel. The couch had what appeared to be fresh love stains. There was also a hint of mold smell. They moved us to another room that was cleaner but the tub could’ve used a good magic eraser scrub. Very soap residue stained. The manager was excellent and gave great service. He even came to the room with us to inspect everything in the first room and to make sure the next room was acceptable. The restaurant on the property is very good!

Everyone was nice and property was clean. But, we were super mad that the free breakfast (which we look forward to and specifically choose hotels that have them ) was terrible! They were out of everything because the truck was late and all we had was waffles, hard bagels and a hard boiled egg. We should’ve been reimbursed for having to go buy my breakfast for my family.

THe property is old and in need of repair, the bedding was old and needs to be replaced. The little mini fridge was not usable because the ice built up in the freezer area and would not let you close the door fully. I would not stay there again or recommend to anybody.

Room was large, with kitchenette and laundry, but smelled damp, and by the morning, smelled strongly moldy. AC was very loud.

The hotel is in a good location (easy to locate, near restaurants and Walmart). It was quiet. However, it was not the quality I expect from this chain. The whole second floor hallway smelled — not sure the source (sewage? Something dead and decomposing?). The room had been deodorized with a chemical that made it hard to breathe. Toilet hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Breakfast was average. Staff members were helpful. I wouldn’t choose this one again if another hotel was available.

No hand soap in our room and we waited at the counter to be checked in for several minutes as no one was there. Elevator and the lobby were extremely hot.
