Our preferred place to stay in Belize City.
Very comfortable beds and pillows.
The floors in the rooms are very slippery. I almost fell when entering the room.

Beautifully designed and landscaped hotel. The guestroom was impersonal with terrible Folgers coffee. The coffee in the restaurant tasted of mildew. The front desk staff was very nice

Room was in bad shape. Towel rack and toilet paper holders broken. Wi-Fi and phone didn’t work. Hot water was also out.
Service at the restaurants was friendly but slow and incompetent. Had to ask multiple times for a high chair, water refills, etc. Food was average.
Pool area was nice but they ran out of towels and no one came to check or refill the towel station.

Our room had bed bugs. We didn't realize until the next morning after all the bites we had. The hotel has nice staff and a good location that is close to the airport and downtown Belize City. It just needs to be fumigated!

We liked that it was newly renovated, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very and accommodating. The local bus was right outside the hotel.
The dining room service was excellent, but the food was a little pricey and be more flavorful like Belize.
Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the hotel highly.

First trip to Belize, so I can’t make a relative comparison, but the hotel was good, clean, the restaurant was good, but at $190 I can’t say it’s a value. Also the 15 minute shuttle ride which is a direct run to the airport was a bit steep at $25USD.

Check in was good. The a/c in our room didn't work and unfortunately they didn't have a comparable room with the same view. We requested complimentary breakfast and BW honored the request! The hotel shuttle to or from the airport is $25 USD, transportation to the Belize Water Taxi terminal is $10 USD. We enjoyed breakfast & dinner and would definitely stay again. The premier rooms are nice so hopefully we can get one with a pool view next time!

I would stay at this property whenever I come back to Belize. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. The food was good. Roger and Kamisha inside the Jaguar Bar are the best!
