Hotel Estrela is the best hotel in Fatima. Great customer service. Thank you to Patricia & the front desk staff. Smiley Richard is also to be commended. He is the perfect person for the job of greeting/helping guests as they arrived. Bless you Richard!
The staff at Breakfast place could have a room for improvement. Greet, a little smile & a thank you will be good for overall hotels’ already high rating. Otherwise, everything is great. Thank you Jorge & staff.

The cleaning staff were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make you feel at home. Thank you for your attentiveness. The buffet menu should change to accommodate those visitors who stay longer. Eating the same thing every day can be a bit boring or perhaps the chef should include omelettes, very crispy bacon when requested instead of just saying that those options are not available, etc. Overall, the hotel is right across from the holly grounds.

Brilliant hotel with great staff who were super helpfull and lovely. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. You can not beat the location as it is just outside across the road from the Sanctuary of Our lady.

This hotel is very well maintained. It has very friendly staff who go all out to accommodate. The best part is the location. You are literally across the Santuário de Fátima. It’s an amazing experience. Definitely would return.
