A beautiful Hacienda located in the middle of nowhere. Staff mainly from local people, very friendly. Very clean however the property needs some maintenance. The Restaurant is wonderful with a very nice view to the garden and pool. A lot of things to do close to the property but you need a car or hire a taxi driver for the day because nearby attractions are at least 30 minutes driving.

This place is paradise! It is absolutely beautiful! If you really want to rest & recharge this is the place. Secluded & Quiet with nature all around you. The hotel staff is outstanding! they treat you like royalty! Food at restaurant is excellent as well. The only thing to consider, there's absolutely nothing to do outside the 111 acres of the Hacienda property. You are literally out in the middle of the forest, about 50 mins from Merida. So going back and forth to the city and back can add up. Can't wait to go back though!!

It's an old rope-making "hacienda", with what is the factory "ruins" located behind the swimming pool. Quite atmospheric. Food was excellent. Staff friendly and willing to please. The big downside is the inconvenience of the various aspects of the facility, which is quite spread out. The swimming pool is a 5-7 minute walk from the rooms. The car park is also about the same distance in a different direction. The walkways are composed of irregular stones, which impedes fast walking. This property is definitely not "accessible". Nothing much to do here, though Uxmal is only 45 minutes away. Our first night the water in the shower ran only lukewarm (meaning, I couldn't take a shower - quite disappointing considering the price of the room).

Really enjoyed the hacienda experience. I found the stay to be a bit noisy with its proximity to a nearby pueblo. The staff was very friendly and certainly accommodating.

We have now stayed at all five haciendas in Mexico under this “Luxury Collection” umbrella: Santa Rosa, San Jose, Temozon, Uayamon, and Campeche. This one wasn’t the most beautiful but I loved the room, the food was great, and the staff very friendly.

Beautiful grounds, pool and room. We had several meals in the restaurant and loved the food and the service. Overall a fabulous stay and highly recommended!

My stay at Hacienda Temozon was amazing. Service is exceptional and food at the restaurant was excellent. Free activities like touring the Hacienda, visiting the Cenotes and the bird tour, made our visit so special!

The hotel is amazing, cleaning is impecable, the service is outstanding. It’s very quite, where you can spend great time as a couple, not recommended for kids. In my opinion they have to improve the flavor in the dishes, my reference is when you compare with the best restaurants in regional cooking.

Hacienda Temozon was incredible. The space was stunning, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff here were some of the most friendly and helpful people I've encountered in my travels. They went above and beyond to accommodate my partner and I, and really made the trip special for us. One quick note, there is a cenote associated with the hotel that is not very well advertised. It was a quick 3km hike from the hotel, but completely worth it. It's beautiful, quite, and perhaps most noteworthy, it is completely private. There was literally no one else there - we had the entire cenote to ourselves which was a surreal experience compared to many others that were full of tourists/etc. 10/10 would go again.
