Front desk staff is very helpful n friendly. Assist with my request and highlighted all relevant information for my stay.

This is our 4th time staying at the Pullman.
Once again alll very satisfied ; breakfast is very good but on the touch expensive side at €29 euros each.
Went to see the ballet again at the wonderful opera house.

The Pullman is an exceptional property. Clean, modern, spacious and a good location to the subway. We will definitely stay here again when in Munich.

Stayed in an executive room for three persons. The hotel is located within walking distance to the U6 station which goes directly to Marienplatz. There is a coin operated laundry room at level 1 which I find it rather useful since I stayed there for close to a week.

Not good. Drapes came off the track, washcloths were not replaced, bathtub was dangerous to step into, no refund for daughter not coming on the trip due to medical reason

The location of the hotel is not bad - near the metro, but there are no shopping centers, stores, etc. in the area. The rooms are quite large, but they lack minimal things that should be in a hotel that gives the impression that it has 4 stars! The hotel has an open back entrance and anyone can enter without any security. really not sure.

Hotel is mostly used for business travelers. Cleanliness was an issue . Shower drain clogged , and when reported front desk staff didn’t seem to care

Good property in Schwabing area. Very convenient access to U-bahn that gets you to town centre in 15 minutes. Closer to the airport with the Lufthansa Express bus service dropping very close by.

Absolutely beautiful! The staff was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. The only advice I would give is to ask for a room not located over the entrance if you’re a non-smoker and you want to enjoy the balcony or leave your windows open. The taxi drivers and employees smoke right outside the entrance regularly.
