Overall was a 2-star hotel. Place was alright to stay the night and clean. The room was mediocre. Nothing was terrible within sight, but there were some very minor issues. The best part was the intense water pressure they have. One of the best showers ever.

The staff were very nice and helpful.They deal with a wide range of people and personalities and they handled those interactions (which I witnessed) without missing a beat.
The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair on the floor in the corner between the door and the shower.
The bed was really comfortable.
There was some kind of dirt/stain in the corner of the elevator.
The breakfast was pitiful. Get some real whole wheat bread! Unless you got the coffee first thing in the morning, it was just warm. The Nescafe coffee maker for lattes, cappuccino etc. was horrible. Tasted like instant coffee and the milk foam disappeared quickly.
There was no shower cap in the bathroom. In all my travels and hotel stays, this was a first.
There were no morning papers or magazines.

This hotel needs updating. Horrible mattress and overall staff was apathetic. No manager on duty. No call back afterwards. Only general Gmail? I'll probably try somewhere else in Cincinnati.

Bed was miserable. There was at least a 4” sag from the edge to the center of the bed.
Overall, hotel was nice, staff was friendly, property was clean, and plenty of space in the room, but did not get a good night’s sleep which is the whole purpose for staying at a hotel.

Really super impressed for the cost it was an unbelievable experience with a nice breakfast and friendly staff. I haven't had a great experience like that with a hotel in this price range for a long time, well done!

We went to a Reds game and got to the hotel in 15min! Staff was very friendly. Free parking. Bed was very comfortable (I slept in 😂). Complimentary breakfast was well supplied. No complaints!

The property is beginning to show signs of wear and the kitchen faucet did not work. In addition, you have to request all cookware and dining ware (an indication of the problems that they have had concerning them) and much was left to be desired. The staff was nice enough, but given what is being charged, I would expect much more.

They accused me of breaking a table in my room. I provided clear proof that I did not but they continued to harass me about it. Didnt ASK about it...they accused me of it from the get go. I dont appreciate that at all. Will NEVER stay aat BW ever again !!! Very poor customer treatment.

Very nice hotel. Updated room and wonderful bathroom, only lacking a hook on the door. Door on bedroom, creating private area. Full kitchen, nice breakfast bar. Friendly staff. Hotel has convenient laundry area.
