Everything good except during the conference I attended -- hotel needs to get a lot quicker on replacing coffee and hot water when they run out.

The beds are not Queen so an adult and only a small child could barely fit in them. Not for families.

Friendly staff at check in. Beautiful property and decent room. Had trouble with the ac took much effort to get the ac to work. Every button had to be held down for 3-5 seconds. Went half the night without ac because we’re unable to change the temperature on the thermostat.
Purchased breakfast but mishap in times and on mother’s day had no breakfast options at 10 am. Very disappointing.

Two bed room was not available till 9 pm and we were there for 2 days only.
Launch club room had no milk or coffee not to mention food.
In restaurant we had to wait 45 min for dish to arrive so we left before it could be served. We had commitments that were time sensitive .

The valet parking does not guarantee your car is safe while parked. We were worried all night. Our car was ok thank goodness.

Did not like having to pay $30 to park, pool was empty--should have been told about this at check in. Tried to get room close to my son's (he checked in at same time), that didn't work either, my room on 19 th floor and his on the 6 th.
