We spent our honeymoon here and it was perfect. A quiet slice of heaven in a busy town. We loved our stay, everyone was so nice, the spa days were wonderful. The accommodations can’t be beat.

The villa compound is infested with mosquitos. The sofa and dinning chairs are dusty and stains. Air-conditioning is not maintain thus it was nosy and can not cool down the room despite the temperature was set at 18 degree Celsius after an hour. The swimming pool was dirty except the bathroom is clean.

It was my first time to Bali. Wanted to spend some leisure time and the days I spent at Kasih Villas were extraordinary! The best service I have ever received! It started all the way from the airport, where one of their staff, Mr Kerdih waited patiently for our arrival and picked us up with a smiling face. Upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted with some refreshing drinks and a great welcome by all front desk staff. As check in was not till 2pm, they even suggested some good places to go and dine while our room was getting ready. Mr Kerdih helped to drop us at a very good restaurant and provided us with their map in case we got lost. When we returned back, Ms Rita led us to our 1-bedroom villa. It was a dreamy place! Ms Rita was a superb cheerful person and guided us perfectly on the villa we were going to stay. The breakfast was personally served to us to our villa. Do try their local Indonesian breakfast dishes. Very nice, spicy and tasty! Spent some good time in the pool as well. Its 1.5 mtres and it would have been great if the pool had a step or a railing for safety purpose. Tons of movies and TV channels to watch! WiFi service was also great. Tried their in house massage service. Really really good as well. No loud noises from surrounding villas. Room service was great too! Every facility was provided. They provided us with mosquito coils which were really useful at night! All the staff do go the extra mile to please all guests. Good job Kasih Villas!

This is a beautiful, quiet hotel with very attentive, warm staff who are eager to please. The room itself is excellent - very large, comfortable, good ambience/lighting, with great attention to detail. I can't really recommend the food, although I had one excellent item - the scallop soup! The hotel was very gracious in accommodating our desire to shorten our stay from 5 nights to three. Our wish to change hotels was based on location only. It is at least a 10 or 15 minute taxi ride (depending on the traffic) to the nice beach hotels/dining and shopping area. The immediate neighborhood and nearest shopping district are less than desirable from my perspective. If this hotel were on the beach, I would give it a five star rating!

we stayed for 4nights and absolutely loved this resort.checking area is beautiful and wonderful first impressuon. The staff at this resort really made our stay special. All staff were genuinely lovely to us at all times.we will be back to this resort for sure.

They offer 15 minutes free massage to guests, we didn't expect much from it, but it was unexpectedly relaxing and to the point. Excellent services, friendly staff with smiling faces, we have flights at 1am, and they help keep our luggages until 2230 and help us call taxi. They even offered us a shower in villa at night before our flight back. Definitely recommended!

I had a back injury before coming to this Hotel due to rafting, so haven't been out much, which gave me more of a reason to enjoy indoors. The Villas are new and very clean. Awesome private pool, which I needed to get my backache back on track. A huge list of on demand movies for free. Really huge list. Very, very fast service. It's as if they are waiting outside your door knowing what you need before requesting it.The villa design is just gorgeous.

The room was great and the staff attentive. The air con in the bedrooms requires the window and door to the bathroom area to be closed otherwise it won't cool the room well.
