Good place, staff was nice and informative also mentioned by spring a complete remodel to upgrade everything!! Close to ND stadium. Free breakfast was good and also had free snacks Friday at check in, game day themed!! Would stay again!!

We travel to South Bend frequently for ND football games so I’m not surprised by the price of hotels there but being charged $400 a night at a hotel that when only clean our room after complaining three times, and even then was partial done, is ridiculous. The hotel conditions were pretty bad, dirty and musty.

Someone knocked the windows out in the front. We never got any hot water. The sprinkler system was leaking in the lobby. There was trash cans catching the water. The lock on the room door would not work. I the person working the front desk didn’t speak very good English, and was hard to understand. I don’t think I will ever be staying there again.

This property is tired and needs a lot of TLC. We pulled the pullout bed and the sheets were used with fruit loops in them. I asked to have it cleaned for nighs 2 and 3 of our stay. They took the soiled ones away and did not remake the bed. They left it without any. That night we had to call down again to get sheets. Finally, when asking to clean the room, housekeeping said yes and never returned. Normally I would chalk it up to poor service but this hotel increased the nightly rate from $94 to $499 a night as it was a Notre Dame football weekend. If you want to take advantage of the location and game to charge more, fair enough but the basics should not be forgotten.

My feet stuck to the floor in the elevator, the bathroom paint was peeling off the walls, the bathtub faucet was dirty. The front sliding door didn’t work all the time. The front desk clerk (approx 30 yo) called me ‘honey’ several times (I am 60). It was not appreciated. Overall I would not stay in that location again.

So we were put 2ft the furthest from elevator. The wifi was not working, guess due to too far from center of hotel, will call city health for RUST coming out of shower. Hotel needs bulldozing

Absolute crooks. Called to inform hotel we’d be late due to flight issues we have call log to prove call and duration. They declared us no show even with proof and cancelled room and refused refund or amendment to reservation. Management and front desk staff horrible to deal with.

The staff were friendly but the hotel could use some upgrades. Poor TV, toaster didn’t work for breakfast, carpets could be cleaned and still shows as having a whirlpool and sauna which they don’t have.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. The TV, as my kids call it - Civil War picture. The shower was a dribble of water, lukewarm at best. The hairdryer was broken, the safe was broken. We asked, twice, for housekeeping and arrived back, after a long day out, to find a dirty room with no fresh linens.

Decent place, no complaints. The rooms are all mini-suites, quite large. The breakfast had hot eggs and sausage, which i appreciated. I'd stay there again.

Beds and pillows super comfortable, never got a hot shower, just over warm was the best it got. Spa tub dud get hot though, and the jets were great. Fitness room was missing several free weights. Cardio machines were really old.

Pros: the staff was top notch. They were extremely helpful and accommodating.
Cons: the properties extremely outdated. The room was run down and had a lot of broken furniture and fixtures. It. Was not worth the rate. The pool was cloudy and our teens described it as radioactive.

This hotel did not provide HOT WATER the weekend we stayed. We complained to the front desk constantly. They said thwy were working on it. We checked it out when we 1st got there there was not hot water. We planning on calling the corporate office on this hotel.

The most uncomfortable news I've ever had at a hotel and the shower was cold most of the time when trying to shower. Also the picture on the TV was awful
