The staff at check in were friendly and courteous. The hotel is clean and modern. Easy access to the sky train, literally steps away from Yaletown-Roundhouse Station. Will stay here again.

The advertised extras got me there, the bonuses & service will bring me back again. It's in a great location, close to bike paths if you use their bikes.

What a treat! Upon check in we were met with the most pleasant front desk staff. My daughter and I were on a girl weekend and they offered a yummy welcome drink. Everything about our stay was superb, we will stay at the Opus again. 10 stars!

Staff was great, they remembered me for a stay a month and a half previously. Finding it more cost effective to fly in and fly out the same day with the cost (generally) in BC since Airbnb and Brno rules have changed. The price for 1 night is equal to flights, and then there’s gas and parking.

The bed was very comfortable. Clean and very nice. Staff was very helpful and kind. Stayed in the executive suite and we will definitely be back again.

Everyone we interacted with on staff was friendly and helpful. I left an item in the room and they had it back to me within a day (and we we're visiting from the US). Great location, lovely room.

OPUS HOTEL in YALETOWN is magnificent and complete place to stay. A gem in a "bloody good city" (as we Australiians say).

The hotel is nice, very well-located, and accessible. The room was really clean and comfy. The only downside is offering only valet parking for $59 CAD per night which is quite steep and feels like they are taking advantage of the customer.

The staff is incredibly nice, the food very good. The free location of the electric bikes is so perfect to go around Stanley Park.

Really enjoyed my stay at Opus. I always say that the little details and effort set customer service apart and a great example of that is that when I got my car back from the valet after the first night of my stay, they had plugged it in over night so I was back up to well over 400kms in available range. Lots of hotels don’t even have ev stations and these guys certainly don’t have to go to that effort, but knowing they did really impressed me.
