A mixture of good and dirty. Women at check-in are not friendly. Check-out Woman staff are friendly. As I saw in the review, the table top was greasy. and new bathroom but shower curtain have Two types of mold. Bet had clean sheets and Amazing mattress Simmons.

We visited Kobe all day, went to the hotel to sleep and depart for Arima onsen in the morning.
The hotel was correct and could keep our luggage before check-in.
Downside : bathroom smelled realy bad.

We had a smoking room instead of non-smoking. Maybe i made a mistake during the booking process, but for me it was not so clear on the website. Except that we had a pleasant stay with a nice breakfast :-)
