Hotel was fine; disappointed that the breakfast bar was completely out of coffee and eggs when we came down at 8:30. Otherwise fine.

This place isn't bad, but it shows signs of deferred maintenance, the down comforter was full of lumps, and should be replaced.

Very friendly staff. April,at registration went over and above helping us. We were very disappointed that there wasn’t coffee available except to be forced to buy Starbucks.

The side roads to get there were major dark in the rain, needs more street lights. Once we entered, it was confusing as were and who will check us in.

Some guests brought a console game and set it up on front they played until 200 am and the door they used to go back to room for more beer (I assume) was by my room so they slammed the door until 200. Hotel should have made them stop at 1000pm. To respect other guests.

I totally loved the place and room. Your front office staff was probably the rudest and honestly not very inviting. I felt a little bit of some type of racial thing going on. It really didn't set well with me. I was as kind as kind to be and your front staff made it clear that she did NOT like serving me.
That makes me sad in a world where we should be united.

When I arrived, I had to look for staff. There was no one in the office in front of the security monitors or at the register. When the young man finally arrived he smelled like smoke and he wasn't friendly. It took a bit to get us checked in. When we went to our floor it smelled as if someone was smoking on the floors. I will avoided this hotel next time.

We were only there for 7 hours. Room was very clear, however, in Room 505 the GFCI was popped and couldn’t be reset. Made working at the desk a challenge.

Very convenient to RDU which was exactly what I needed for this one night stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was wonderful. Staff were friendly and professional. But I couldn’t sleep at all. I was on the fifth floor and right under the path of the airlines! Other than that everything was great!

I appreciated the very late check in and the ease of checking in: however one of the reasons I booked here was for the airport shuttle which ended up not being available. I feel that information should have been provided before I made my reservation
